Sigmacover 350 epoxy paint for concrete floors, thick layer, RAL 2004.

Main advantages of the paint:

  • Coating type that adheres to less well-prepared surfaces for extensive use in marine and terrestrial industries.
  • High resistance to impact and wear.
  • Can be recoated with most two-component epoxy and polyurethane paints.
  • Fast curing.
  • Easy application with brush, roller, or sprayer.
  • Smooth, easy to clean.
  • Compatible with most old coatings.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Resistant to drops and spills of a wide range of chemical liquids.

Recommended use for:

  • Automotive workshops.
  • Car washes.
  • Industrial production halls.
  • Garages.
  • Warehouses with lifts.
  • Steel.

Technical data:

  • Touch dry: 2 hours.
  • Second coat application at 20°C: After 6 hours.
  • Solid content: 72%.
  • Recommended film thickness: 100-150 µm.
  • Coverage at 100 µm: 7.2 m²/L.
  • Gloss: Semi-glossy.
  • Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92.
  • Full cure: 7 days.

The paint is applied to prepared surfaces according to the usage instructions. The packaging is more than sufficient for painting up to 12m² of ready mixed floor with a thickness of 200 microns.

All shades in the RAL and NCS color charts are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual shades.
