Sigmacover 456 Concrete Floor Paint 4L - RAL 1023

Two-component, viscous, epoxy paint.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE PAINT:

• Generally recommended as an intermediate or final coat in coating systems for metal constructions exposed to dry and marine weather conditions.
• Can be applied directly on concrete.
• Very fast curing.
• Cures down to -10°C.
• Good adhesion to old epoxy, alkyd, and chlorinated elastomer coatings.
• Durable with long-lasting elasticity.
• Can be easily applied with brush, roller, or spray equipment.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Touch dry: 2 hours.
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 3 hours.
• Solid content: 65%.
• Gloss: Semi-glossy.
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92.
• Full cure: 4 days.

The paint coverage depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the protection thickness. One package is sufficient for painting up to 12m² of ready-mixed floor with a thickness of 200 microns. To achieve the desired result, sprinkle decorative flakes onto the fresh painted surface and wait 8 hours. Then protect the entire surface with the Sigmadur Clearcoat polyurethane resin.

The paint is tinted according to the customer's order and is non-returnable.

Use of a mask is recommended in closed and poorly ventilated rooms due to the volatile odor of the thinner. It is advised to use a mask with ABE1P3 filters.
