Sigmakover 456 Concrete Slab Paint 4L - Resistance to Temperatures down to -10°C! RAL 1028

Two-component, thick epoxy paint.

Main Advantages of the Paint:

• Primarily designed as an intermediate or final layer in coating systems for iron structures exposed to dry and marine conditions.
• Can be applied directly on concrete.
• Very fast curing.
• Cures at temperatures down to -10°C.
• Excellent adhesion to old epoxies, alkyds, and chlorinated rubber.
• Durability with long-term elasticity.
• Easy application with brush, roller, or spray equipment.

Application Note:

The first layer is Sigmakover 456 paint mixed with Solid Thinner 92.

Ratios for an area of about 10m²:

• Base: 1 liter
• Hardener: 0.220 liters
• Thinner: 0.4 liters

One package is sufficient for coating up to 12m² of ready floor mix with a thickness of 200 microns.

Technical Data:

• Dry to touch: 2 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 3 hours
• Solid content: 65%
• Gloss: Semi-gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 4 days

Paint performance depends on concrete absorbency and coating thickness.

Usage of a mask is recommended in enclosed and poorly ventilated areas due to the volatile odor of the thinner.
