The bender is used for shaping ribbed bars with a maximum diameter of 14 mm and smooth bars up to 16 mm. The device offers two functions:

  • Groove bending for smooth and ribbed bars up to Ø 12 mm
  • Roll bending with a radius of 32 mm for ribbed bars up to Ø 14 mm and smooth bars up to Ø 16 mm

Construction: The bending arm is made of Ø 33.7 x 3 mm tube with a rounded end to protect the bars from damage. The system includes adjustable bending length stops (adapted for square and rectangular supports) and a bending angle control mechanism. The handle is covered with plastic for increased user comfort.
