Pranarom chamomile essential oil comes from the flowers of Chamaemelum nobile and has a sweet, floral aroma. It is used in aromatherapy and can be combined with ylang-ylang, rose, geranium, lavender and bergamot oils.
For oral use, the instructions recommend 2 drops, 3 times a day, in a neutral carrier such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of young children and away from heat and light.
