Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated paste food coloring that adds vibrant color to buttercream, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, dough, cookie dough, and more. The paste is strong, economical to use, and ideal for decorating cakes and baked goods.

Use a clean cocktail stick to take a small amount from the jar. Add it to your fondant or marzipan and knead until it reaches an even color. For a marbled effect, knead briefly. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove excess color.
