The 3D printing PLA material with a matte finish combines a soft texture with fewer visible deposition lines, offering an elegant feel. The macaron color enhances print quality with a higher level of detail. The 3D printing PLA filament stayed neatly on the spool and fed easily without cross twists, reducing tension and filament twisting, without clogging or under-extrusion.
The diameter of the Anycubic 3D Printer PLA filament is 1.75mm with a minimal dimensional tolerance of +/- 0.02mm, making the filament flow smoother and more uniform. With a storage capability of 3 years, it has excellent mechanical properties with strong strength and low shrinkage, facilitating the removal of print supports.
Designed and manufactured with a clog-free patent, it guarantees a smooth and stable printing experience. It is fully dried for 24 hours before packaging and vacuum-sealed with desiccants in a nylon bag, allowing for smoother and more stable printing. The inner diameter design of the spool facilitates feeding.
PLA consists of starch-based raw materials derived from renewable plant resources, has lower melting temperatures, and does not require a heated bed. It produces no odors, causes no pollution, and is non-toxic during printing, making it compatible with most 3D FDM printers and 3D pens that use 1.75MM filament available on the market.
Filament installation instructions:
- Install the spool on the base of the 3D printer and preheat the printer nozzle.
- Cut the filament tip diagonally and guide it through the extruder and the feeding tube.
- Manually push the filament through the feeding tube toward the nozzle until the filament melts through the nozzle.
Note: During filament installation and change, it is recommended to preheat the nozzle first to reduce the risk of clogging.
