Description & Specifications

Tytan BIT-AB-R-450 liquid construction adhesive is a bitumen-rubber priming compound for concrete surfaces, including slightly damp ones. It penetrates deeply and improves adhesion, and is used as a substrate for waterproofing layers such as heat-welded bitumen membranes. It contains bitumen, synthetic rubber and modifiers, and is resistant to weak acids and alkalis.

The compound has a semi-fluid consistency and turns black after curing. Apply it to a clean substrate at an air and surface temperature of +5 °C to +35 °C. It dries in approximately 12 hours. It is not intended for indoor use and must not be heated. Avoid contact with expanded polystyrene and tar.
