The cutting disc is made of thermally treated 50# carbon steel and YG8 tungsten carbide for the cutting teeth, with an edge hardness of 85°HRc (+/-2°). The edge geometry is GS with an attack angle of 10°. The metal disc, cut with laser technology, provides high rigidity.
