I have tried several, this is one of the best whey protein powders. It doesn't cause bloating like others, reduces hunger, dissolves easily, and has a wonderful taste (Belgian chocolate). It has additives for fat loss, perfect for a lean body and muscle development. I read that many people complain about it not dissolving and being thick. I have been taking protein supplements for over 30 years and I always drink it with milk or juice in a shaker. It doesn't taste as good with water. First, we put the milk in the shaker and then the protein powder. Otherwise, it won't dissolve and will clump. The result we drink should be thick like milkshake, and that's how it should be. It's not milk or a soft drink to have a watery consistency.

Διαβάζω ότι αρκετός κόσμος παραπονιέται πως δε διαλύεται. κ ότι ειναι πηχτή. παίρνω συμπληρώματα πρωτεϊνών πάνω από 30 χρόνια. κ την πίνω πάντα με γάλα η κ με χυμό. σε σέικερ. με νερό δεν πίνεται όσο εύγευστη κ να ναι. πρώτα βάζουμε το γάλα στο σέικερ κ μετά την πρωτεινη. αλλιώς δε θα διαλυθεί κ θα κολλησει. το αποτέλεσμα που θα πιούμε θα είναι πηχτό σαν μιλκσεικ. κ έτσι πρέπει να ναι. δεν είναι ούτε μιλκο ούτε αναψυκτικό για να ναι αραιό το αποτέλεσμα.
