Maris Polymers Mariseal 710 is a transparent, one-component, deep-penetrating primer for absorbent substrates. It stabilizes surfaces, reduces dust and improves the adhesion of subsequent waterproofing layers and sealants. Apply it before polyurethane waterproofing membranes and joint sealants.

It can be used on concrete, cement screeds, mortars, plaster and wood. Apply it with a brush, roller or airless spray gun. It is ready to use. At 23°C, it is touch-dry in approximately 60 minutes and can be recoated after 2–3 hours.
