Power Health No.6 tablets combine potassium phosphate and biotin. Biotin contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and mucous membranes.

The tablets dissolve in the mouth and are taken under or on the tongue, without water. The recommended daily dose of 24 tablets contains 17 μg of biotin, equivalent to 34% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
