OstroVit Glutamine Powder contains L-glutamine, an endogenous amino acid involved in nitrogen transport and a precursor in the synthesis of glutathione and nucleotides. It also plays a role in gluconeogenesis. This product is intended for adults.

The recommended serving is 5 g, dissolved in water or juice. On training days, take two servings: one after waking up and one after your workout. On rest days, take one serving after waking up. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
