    Very good in performance
    Tested in summer and winter.
    Indeed, the wi-fi does not work for me and the remote control is difficult to use.
    To turn off the indicator light, you have to press the button on the bottom right (bed) and the light will go off. I also found it accidentally after a year (I bought it in June).

    I am a new user, so I will only refer to what I know about its cooling function:

    (+) The service from the dealership. Have a question? Call them and it's solved. Very helpful (kudos to Omilos Feidakis Group).
    (+) Display of bright temperature indicators on the indoor unit (However, only with two characters, either numeric or letters: ON, OF, AR).
    (+) Wide range of BTU operation (COOLING 4,600-15,400 / HEATING 3,700-16,800)
    (+) The noise from the indoor and outdoor units is really low. In any case, ask the installer to place anti-vibration rubber on the outdoor unit's bases.
    (+) Ionizer (subjective if it is actually noticeable)
    (+) Remote control screen illumination.
    (+) Outdoor unit's operating limit at an external temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. Above this limit, the outdoor unit stops working for safety reasons, and the indoor unit essentially functions as a fan (e.g. the 12,000 BTU TOYOTOMI Izuru and Hiro, which I was initially interested in, have a limit at 43 degrees, so I excluded them)
    (+) Filters

    (-) The dealership's brochure is not accurate regarding the mentioned air flow rates (cubic meters per hour - I will mention the values below). It is even characteristic that in the informational brochure, Mute Mode and Turbo Mode are referred to as extra functions, while in reality, they are "included in the basic equipment" (because, of course, a function cannot be extra: either it exists or it doesn't! The dealership probably got confused with the many models and brands).
    (-) The air flow (for me, the biggest drawback), especially in LOW speed, is very low compared to other models in the same category, especially in MUTE mode (values in cubic meters per hour =>
    - Mute Mode: unknown, but very low,
    - Low: only 266 (!!!),
    - Med: 458,
    - Hi: 520,
    - Turbo: unknown).
    (-) The dealership's 10-year warranty is provided under the condition of maintenance by authorized service centers, as mentioned in the accompanying document. Otherwise, the warranty is 3 years.
    (-) Few buttons on the remote control for basic functions. Non-basic functions require familiarity and reference to the user manual.
    (-) The TURBO function does not display on the remote control, only the ON indicator on the indoor unit.
    (-) The user manual is printed only up to the page referring to the indoor unit. The remaining pages are missing (but okay... you can find them on foreign websites on the internet).
    (-) The vertical blinds move manually and all together (they are not divided into two groups, one on the right and one on the left).
    (-) The remote control cannot be turned off and consumes batteries.
    (-) The WIFI applications do not work on all Android platforms, e.g. EMUI Huawei, only on SAMSUNG, LG.

    Very good in cooling and heating, beautiful and cheap (relatively).
    Installed in a 30sqm space with excellent insulation and facing south.
    The only issue is that it never connected to the wi-fi, hence the 4 stars.
    As for the energy consumption in cooling, it's okay, I will see at the end of the month for heating.

    I bought it with reservations, but after a recommendation from a friend who is a refrigeration technician and told me that MIDEA is one of the top manufacturers in China and produces parts for others (it has the same design and is made in the same factory as Carrier).
    There is some uncertainty about whether it has an ionizer and self-clean function. Many merchants mention it, BUT it doesn't have it.

    Beautiful without corners - sturdy.
    Quiet.
    Easy to operate via the internet.

    (-)
    Insufficient manual.
    Slightly inconvenient remote control.

    Although it has a warranty from Greek FG EUROPE on its website, it does not mention it as a model, so I don't know if it is their import or if they simply support it for service.

    In the end, I also bought the 9,000 BTU MSMBAU-09HRFN1 for the other bedroom

    I am a new user, so I will only refer to what I know about its cooling function:

    (+) The service from the dealership. Have a question? Call them and it's solved. Very helpful (kudos to Omilos Feidakis Group).
    (+) Display of bright temperature indicators on the indoor unit (However, only with two characters, either numeric or letters: ON, OF, AR).
    (+) Wide range of BTU operation (COOLING 4,600-15,400 / HEATING 3,700-16,800)
    (+) The noise from the indoor and outdoor units is really low. In any case, ask the installer to place anti-vibration rubber on the outdoor unit's bases.
    (+) Ionizer (subjective if it is actually noticeable)
    (+) Remote control screen illumination.
    (+) Outdoor unit's operating limit at an external temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. Above this limit, the outdoor unit stops working for safety reasons, and the indoor unit essentially functions as a fan (e.g. the 12,000 BTU TOYOTOMI Izuru and Hiro, which I was initially interested in, have a limit at 43 degrees, so I excluded them)
    (+) Filters

    (-) The dealership's brochure is not accurate regarding the mentioned air flow rates (cubic meters per hour - I will mention the values below). It is even characteristic that in the informational brochure, Mute Mode and Turbo Mode are referred to as extra functions, while in reality, they are "included in the basic equipment" (because, of course, a function cannot be extra: either it exists or it doesn't! The dealership probably got confused with the many models and brands).
    (-) The air flow (for me, the biggest drawback), especially in LOW speed, is very low compared to other models in the same category, especially in MUTE mode (values in cubic meters per hour =>
    - Mute Mode: unknown, but very low,
    - Low: only 266 (!!!),
    - Med: 458,
    - Hi: 520,
    - Turbo: unknown).
    (-) The dealership's 10-year warranty is provided under the condition of maintenance by authorized service centers, as mentioned in the accompanying document. Otherwise, the warranty is 3 years.
    (-) Few buttons on the remote control for basic functions. Non-basic functions require familiarity and reference to the user manual.
    (-) The TURBO function does not display on the remote control, only the ON indicator on the indoor unit.
    (-) The user manual is printed only up to the page referring to the indoor unit. The remaining pages are missing (but okay... you can find them on foreign websites on the internet).
    (-) The vertical blinds move manually and all together (they are not divided into two groups, one on the right and one on the left).
    (-) The remote control cannot be turned off and consumes batteries.
    (-) The WIFI applications do not work on all Android platforms, e.g. EMUI Huawei, only on SAMSUNG, LG.

    Very good in cooling and heating, beautiful and cheap (relatively).
    Installed in a 30sqm space with excellent insulation and facing south.
    The only issue is that it never connected to the wi-fi, hence the 4 stars.
    As for the energy consumption in cooling, it's okay, I will see at the end of the month for heating.

    I bought it with reservations, but after a recommendation from a friend who is a refrigeration technician and told me that MIDEA is one of the top manufacturers in China and produces parts for others (it has the same design and is made in the same factory as Carrier).
    There is some uncertainty about whether it has an ionizer and self-clean function. Many merchants mention it, BUT it doesn't have it.
