There are several varieties of green tea, which differ significantly based on the variety of C. sinensis used, growing conditions, gardening methods, production processing, and harvest time. 2. *Oxidation is the process where the leaf changes color from green to light brown and then dark brown. The more it oxidizes, the darker the tea and stronger in taste compared to other types of tea.

Green tea from the company Loyd is known for its antioxidant properties, which contribute to fighting free radicals. It has less caffeine than black tea and is made from the leaves of a shrub called Camellia sinensis. It should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from light and other strongly scented items.
In the brewing process, pay attention to the temperature of the water, as boiling water is bad for the catechins (precious components of tea). The ideal water temperature is up to 80 degrees. Then, pour the water over the tea and let it steep for up to 3 minutes before drinking. Of course, brewing time can be shorter, depending on your taste and preferences.
