Estate Gerovassiliou dry red wine is made from Syrah, Merlot and Limnio using traditional red winemaking methods, then aged for approximately one year in French oak barrels. It has a deep purple colour and aromas of ripe black fruits, such as plum and cherry, spices and subtle notes of smoke. On the palate, elegant tannins frame the fruit, while the long finish brings back the spicy aromas.
