    Xinomavro

    It produces wines with high acidity, strong tannins, and complex aromas that evolve with aging: from red fruits (cranberry, strawberry) and flowers, to tomato, olive, spices, and leather. It is often compared to Nebbiolo.

    Tsapournakos

    Red variety from Grevena; rich and structured; ideal with red meats.

    Cabernet Franc

    Often used in blends with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but also produces excellent single-varietal wines. It has a lighter body than Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry), characteristic vegetal notes (pepper, tomato leaves), and sometimes graphite.

The vineyard of the Voyatzis estate, covering an area of 85 stremmas, is located between the mountain mass of Pieria and Lake Polyphytos, at an altitude of 340 meters. From the creation of the vineyard, the principles of organic farming have been applied.

The position next to the water mass of the lake, which almost touches the vineyard, constitutes the strong point of differentiation for the winery's wine expression. The gentle slopes create the mild relief of the vineyard, which faces from northeast to south.

In this area one finds sandy-loam, clay-loam, and clay soils, deep, in many parts enriched with calcium carbonate that improves their structure. Thus, a unique combination of soil and mesoclimate creates the basis for a distinctive vineyard.
