Overall, users find it effective and easy to use, with its main advantages being compatibility with many brands and good value for money. They often mention that it works even with old or unfamiliar air conditioners, and setup is usually straightforward, although finding the right codes can sometimes take a little searching.
I have only had it for two days, but it works perfectly so far. It only took three minutes to sync with an old FIDJI air conditioner from 2000.
Immediate connection (it has many options) and even with a very old air conditioner, all functions are available, very easy to use.
For its price, it is an excellent choice.
On a 2005-6 Yokohama air conditioner that didn't even have the code list in the user manual, I put it on automatic search and it found it and worked perfectly. Very easy to use and very good price for its job.
In TCL inverter and TOYOTOMI conventional, it works perfectly with very easy setup. It found the code by itself in seconds.
I have bought two of these remote controls. I have had them for 2 years and I have used them on a 2015 Sharp air conditioner and on two other unknown brands and approximately 1996. It worked perfectly on all of them. It has 1000 codes for all known and unknown brands. The search is somewhat time-consuming because it is not automatic. You have to go through all the codes one by one until it makes a "beep" and you realize it has paired. It also has a small flashlight in front that illuminates slightly. I don't know why they put it there, but it has been useful to me a few times. Attention: If the batteries run out or you remove them, the remote control will lose its pairing! It is better to write down the code somewhere, so you don't have to go through the whole installation process again. I wrote the codes inside the battery compartment. As for construction, it is quite good and the plastic is of good quality. The only negative is that the screen does not light up and if you don't have light in the room, you can't see any of the indicators. This particular remote control comes in many brands with the same casing, but it doesn't matter. The mechanism inside is the same. I recommend it. I hope I helped you.
