It is an amazing tool!!!! It is suitable for guitar and singing, of course. It is perfect for someone who plays guitar (acoustic) and sings. It also has its effects, but don't expect anything great. It's not like you're going to use it for guitar effects... but I have to say that the effects it has on the vocal channel are impressive, especially the reverb which everyone needs to some extent.
Personally, I am a keyboardist, and I bought it mainly for playing on the street (busking), either alone or with others. It is perfect for this job for anyone interested... It works for 2-4 hours of continuous use with 8 AA batteries, depending on the batteries, of course. I recommend to those of you who are looking for this phase to also buy rechargeable batteries because, as you will realize along the way, batteries are relatively expensive and will always be a constant expense that you would wish you didn't have.
It helped me so much that it is so lightweight that I now use it as a personal monitor for gigs, instead of carrying the heavy PA...
