Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland for PS3 is a role-playing game starring Rorona, who must prove within three years that she can run her forgotten workshop. The story takes place in the Kingdom of Arland, where the discovery of ancient “Machines” in nearby ruins has changed the lives of its residents. The goal is to create the rarest item in the world of alchemy.
The characters fight and interact in an anime-inspired style, while a combination of high-definition 3D anime graphics and 2D illustrations accompanies the exploration of fields and dungeons in search of ingredients.
