The cassette is amazing! It's unbeatable! I installed it myself, even though I have no experience with fireplaces. I was guided by the people from where I bought it. I prefer it with my eyes closed!!! From 5 degrees in the country house in Keratea, which is 100 square meters, it heats the house to 29 degrees in 5 hours, with humidity reaching 29% if you don't open a window. It's one of those fireplaces that you need to open a window to cool down, otherwise you'll be roasted by the heat.

After market research, I chose the cassette 700 gv new. So I transformed a traditional fireplace of mediocre construction that smoked a lot and didn't heat up well - while burning quite a bit - into something new: now it lights up easily, pulls well enough, doesn't smell at all, and burns - with moderate calculations - 40% less wood, while heating a 75 sq.m. space extremely satisfactorily. All of this was greatly contributed by the installation team recommended to me by the fireplace center in the suburb of Attica where I live, as they did a detailed and extremely careful job. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this specific cassette, as a relatively low-budget option, but with excellent performance.

I had a traditional fireplace and from the moment I changed the frames, I had a strong problem with smoke. I decided to upgrade it to an energy-efficient one in order to avoid this issue. After researching on the internet and reading positive comments and reviews, I chose the 700 gv as an economical and reliable solution.
Not only was my problem with smoke solved, but I also found that I now consume 1/4 of the wood and I am truly warm. Even with the door open, it doesn't smoke. The air curtain keeps the glass clean. Even with wet wood, the combustion cleans it after a while.
I highly recommend it. The fans do an amazing job!

I have had the fireplace for the past 5 years and I am completely satisfied with its performance. I live in a mountainous area (650 meters altitude, Cholomonta) with external temperatures in winter usually below zero. It heats up the house so much that we often feel uncomfortable and argue with the kids not to put more wood. Besides the excessive heat, it also helps us dry our clothes in winter as it also dehumidifies the space. It really is the best purchase I have made and if you use it with dry oak or acacia, then you will sleep with just a sheet.

Finally, the couple from whom I bought the fireplace are excellent at their job and very friendly with any questions you may have about their products. I am considering buying a fireplace for my second house, which is by the sea.

My house is 100m2 and the only heating it has is the fireplace (Athens - Peristeri). I don't have air ducts that go into the rooms.
With this one, I heat the whole house (including the bathrooms). Outside it's 5°C and inside I easily reach 22°C (without using a lot of wood). We walk around in short sleeves! You can't get close to it.
I only put one piece of wood (olive) per hour. With all that, I burn 1.5 tons per year - 235 euros/year!!!!!

It's worth its money. It heats up 100 square meters from 18 (bedrooms at a distance of 6 meters) to 22 (living room). Due to double and not triple combustion, it blackens the glass in some areas (1-2). Easy cleaning though.

It has been bothering me since I installed it. It darkens the glass in four specific points and the jack comes and goes and the problem remains. The fan makes a lot of noise and often gives me a headache from the noise. As for heating, it leaves a lukewarm feeling after a few hours of use. It should be noted that my space is small. I think I bought a bucket and threw away the money. Disappointment.

After 2 years of market research, I finally ended up with the 700 gv salgueda. As the days go by, I am more and more pleased with my choice! Tremendous performance with wood economy! It quickly heats up a 80 sqm open space! The expertise in installation is evident from the first moment. Thank you for everything!

Really good fireplace, with the proper installation it is very economical in terms of wood and heats up a lot. House 70 sqm. It functions as an oven, I recommend it even for larger houses!
Those who say it's not worth it, I have to say that there is no Greek-made product of this quality and cast iron with years of guarantee!

Mediocre performance for its cost and as a former owner of a Greek cassette, the above is not worth its money. I only bought it because an ignorant person recommended it to me and deceived me with lies. As for the earbuds, they make my ears buzz from the noise and the airflow performance is not even worth discussing... Greek ones have nothing to envy from this particular product, and the previous one I had was of superior quality and noise level.

I replaced my old fireplace, which I had given up on, and I was truly amazed! It is the most worthwhile purchase I have made!!! Finally, my house is warm without me having to spend a fortune on electricity and oil!

We bought this stove for our 105 sq. m. home.
It heats an open-plan area of 80 sq. m., where the temperature reaches 20°.
And in a remote room 10 m away, it reaches 16°–18°.
In the time since we bought it in January 2019 until today, March 4, 2022, I came back to share my opinion about this particular fireplace.
Nothing has changed in terms of its performance.
However, my fireplace had the following problem: for some reason, it cracked—broke where the firebox door closes, as a result of which the door would not close properly and I had to keep it shut with the damper latch, and of course it doesn’t perform well like that...
I spoke with the business I bought it from, and the fireplace’s front panel/door was replaced with a new one, but within a short time it broke again in the same place...

From the comments here on Skroutz, I decided to order it. And the truth is that I didn't regret it. The house is around 90 sq.m with stone and brick insulation, two floors. It heats all the rooms very well. I am very excited, especially about the wood economy. After the first 2 hours, a small log every 2 hours is more than enough. The craftsman who installed it suggested and installed another one. From now on, he only installs this one, he was more excited than me. The cassette cost 800 euros and the total cost was 1700 euros. The bubble was demolished to expand, air ducts in the bubble and in the upper house, in the price and the necessary investment. The fans on the first level are almost silent, on the second level a bit noisy. In automatic mode, they have never both been turned on. I consider it an excellent choice for these square meters.

Absolutely honest product. Without costing a fortune, it does its job and more. In a 120 square meter house with moderate insulation and an external temperature of 2-3 degrees, it reaches 23 degrees in the main area and 18 degrees in the bedrooms (9 meters away). I only need oil when temperatures are negative, and even then, only for the bedrooms. Conditions: a) the fan should work on the second setting, which is a bit noisy, and b) the mixed consumption of wood and briquettes. The briquettes provide thermal efficiency and the wood lasts longer. Its consumption is really low: for 12 hours of operation, it requires 8-10 kilograms of briquettes and 10-12 kilograms of wood. The only thing that remains to be verified is its long-term reliability.

UPDATE 27/11/2023. Eight (8) winters with this fireplace without any performance issues, and the ninth one has started. It performs just like the first day. The only problem it had was the replacement of one of the two fans.

I bought the cassette last Thursday, for a 120 sqm house built in 2004, a detached house. I had reservations about whether it could even heat a 60-70 sqm open space with a 40 sqm living room with a 3.40m ceiling.

I have to say that it pleasantly surprised me, exceeding my expectations, low wood consumption, maybe even half, and it heats up even the rooms. At a distance of 10 meters from the fireplace, it reaches a temperature of up to 23 degrees. I highly recommend it to you.

Excellent purchase. Given that it is the only heating in our 113.45 sqm house, it breaks the cold in just a few minutes from the time you turn it on. After three hours of continuous operation, the temperature in our living room reached 22 degrees (outside it was 5) and with the internal doors open, the temperature reached the bedrooms as well. One of them is about 10 meters away from our living room. Our friends were speechless. The best investment we have made in recent years.

Excellent fireplace cassette, in a 60sqm space with an external temperature of 8 degrees, after 4 hours of continuous operation, I measured 27 degrees in the living room!! Unbelievable but true.. It should be noted that the house is exposed to humidity, it is a holiday home and is located 50m from the sea. An additional advantage is the 10-year warranty provided by the dealer. Excellent purchase!

We bought it and live in the northern suburbs and it has managed to heat a unified space of 60 square meters and at a distance of 9 meters from the fireplace and 2 bedrooms. The constant temperature of our living room is from 22 to 24 degrees in the living room and 20 degrees in the bedrooms. Without air ducts and with low wood consumption. And the installation cost us very economically

Very satisfied! For a space of approximately 50 square meters and another 30 square meters in rooms, it has heated adequately in about 1.5-2 hours, even the rooms without ventilation.
