The Gruppe Antic oval roasting dish has an aluminium body with a steel core and a thermoplastic ceramic coating inside and out. Its smooth ceramic surface is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The ribbed lid helps prevent food from drying out and can also be used as an oven baking tray.
