Η κουρκουμίνη είναι γνωστή για την αντιοξειδωτική δράση και τις αντιφλεγμονώδεις ιδιότητες που διαθέτει. Επιδρά σε φλεγμονές κάθε είδους. Το συγκεκριμένο έχει λίγη κουρκουμίνη όμως, με 40mg ανα κάψουλα (απο τα 800mg σκόνης κουρκουμά που περιέχει).
