MD MUSCLE GUNA is administered once or twice a week, for 10 consecutive weeks, by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection at the pain trigger points. One (2 ml) or two vials (4 ml) are used per treatment.

Intramuscular administration is done by inserting the needle into the muscle at a depth of 9-16 mm. For subcutaneous administration, the needle is inserted into the skin above the pain trigger points at a depth of 4-6 mm. Before each application, it is necessary to thoroughly disinfect the skin with povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine.
