I would say it is very powerful but it has a smaller cutting diameter compared to the others I have worked with.
Also, I always used a larger guard on trimmers, so I don't really like the protection it offers because everything comes at you.
As for the anti-vibration, I would say it is not satisfactory at all.
Unfortunately, I was left disappointed.

A negative is that it has a small tank (650ml) and compared to the Husqvarna 553-3.1h, it is less powerful. That's the impression it gives me.
It also offers a 42cm cutting diameter, which seems very small for the machine.
For its price, I would choose the same again.
If you are professionals with many hours of use and cutting large weeds, I suggest you go for a bigger one (3.8h)

I have had it for 2 years (x series) the machine does not jam anywhere, it works professionally on wild vegetation for over 8 continuous hours and for several days of continuous use. I use it with a 4.5 oval string and it doesn't struggle at all. The only perhaps negative thing is its weight··it just needs a good cleaning and it never breaks down

I have been using LS oil from Husqvarna since day one and I clean the air filter well after each job. I have the Husqwarna 535lk 2.2 hp combi, yes it has a trimmer head but it is not convenient for cutting a large area. I used the brushcutter blade in front, it did the job but it was uncomfortable, resulting in back pain because I was bent over and not getting enough work done in a day. I decided to buy a brushcutter since I have to deal with wild vegetation. I was looking for a purchase with installments because I wanted to buy something good but not cash. I ended up buying this because everyone I talked to told me that the key is the attachment and the proper positioning on you to work more comfortably. In the end, the attachment is quite good quality and the machine is quite powerful, I do not regret the purchase, it is economical on fuel and I found it quite comfortable to use, I emphasize again for wild vegetation and not grass.

Powerful machine but it is very heavy. It tires you compared to other trimmers in its category. This is somewhat mitigated when you perfectly adjust the strap, which I must say also has unnecessary weight. Otherwise, it is very powerful, it does not get tangled in the grass, it literally mows it. One negative point I will mention is that the factory automatic head is meant for trimming hair, meaning it is useless as it does not accept thick lines. I went and bought the Echo one which accepts up to 4.0 lines and I have to say it is very difficult to use and you cannot wrap enough line inside because it gets stuck afterwards.

Owner since 2018 of this specific and also the echo smr-420tes, I have to say that I work with these tools for up to eight hours non-stop and tireless. They do not get stuck anywhere, they are very economical in consumption and very high quality. Especially the 520 compared to the 420, apart from being more powerful, it is also more economical in terms of consumption. So far, no service, no problems, no damages... I forgot about the mechanic and I have peace of mind that it will not leave me in the middle of work. I now have the Chinese-Swedish Husqvarna and the Chinese-German Stihl as backups and I have started selling some of them, especially the chainsaws.

Very good grass trimmer, I use it professionally. I worked with it for 3 hours and it didn't even notice, very powerful. Fuel economy is very good, and the build quality is excellent. I highly recommend it for stronger tasks, like the BLC 580, but it is more expensive and the design of the head does not allow the grass to block it. The head has a system that provides a lot of torque through the gears. The harness is amazing, you don't feel the weight, but make sure to grease the shaft and move the head and use only Husqvarna LS+ oil, with a dosage of 100 ml in 4 liters of gasoline.
