I bought it in September 2024. Since then, 9 months have passed, I grill on average every 3 to 7 days and I am on my second gas bottle. It has three burners along the length and not the width of the grill, which are protected from fats, etc., by the design of the grate. It has two ignition options. One is only the middle burner and the other lights up the front and back burners simultaneously. So you can have only the middle, only the side burners, or all of them together.
In many cases, I actually use it instead of an oven and with a cast iron pan instead of a stovetop.
Anyone who buys it, if they want to make the most of it, will need to get involved, read, and watch videos.
Of course, the grilling is even, of course, it doesn't flare up (unless you're grilling sheftalies), and of course, cleaning is a simple matter.
For indirect grilling, it has a tray that goes in the middle of the grill, you turn off the middle burner and turn on the front and back burners.
P.S.: To those who say it can't be compared to charcoal, I reply that they haven't learned how to use gas. I was grilling with charcoal since I was 15 and bought the gas grill at 35 because I had to move to an apartment building and didn't want complaints. With 3-4 grilling sessions, I figured out all the tricks. Willingness, experiments, searching, reading.

You, my friend, who want to smoke your food...
Get a metal smoking box (not necessarily the Weber one, which is very expensive) and DO NOT WET the wood at all. Put the dry wood in the box and soak it with alcohol.
Light them.
Once they catch well and have embers on them, close the lid of the box and the flame will go out but the embers will stay lit. Place it on the back burner, which obviously is on, close the lid and let it smoke...
For about 30-40 minutes depending on the quantity, it will produce smoke. There's no point in smoking something for longer. Also, there's no point in smoking while grilling directly over the fire. Smoking only makes sense with indirect grilling and it's best if the food you want to smoke is higher up.
Την αγόρασα Σεπτέμβριο του 24. Από τότε έχουν περάσει 9 μήνες, ψήνω κατά μέσο όρο κάθε 3 με 7 μέρες και είμαι στη δεύτερη φιάλη υγραερίου. Έχει τρεις καυστήρες κατά μήκος και όχι κατά πλάτος της ψησταριάς οι οποίοι προστατεύονται από λίπη κλπ από το σχεδιασμό της σχάρας. Έχει δύο ανάματα. Το ένα είναι μόνο ο μεσαίος καυστήρας και το άλλο ανάβουν ταυτόχρονα ο μπροστά και ο πίσω καυστήρας. Οπότε μπορείς να έχεις μόνο μεσαίο, μόνο ακριανούς και όλους μαζί.
Σε πολλές περιπτώσεις μάλιστα τη χρησιμοποιώ αντί για φούρνο και με μαντεμένιο τηγάνι αντί για μάτι κουζίνας
Όποιος την αγοράσει εάν θέλει να την αξιοποιήσει στο έπακρο θα πρέπει να ασχοληθεί, να διαβάσει, να δει βίντεο.
Εννοείται πως το ψήσιμο είναι ομοιόμορφο, εννοείται πως δεν πετάει φλόγες (εκτός αν ψήνεις σεφταλιές) και εννοείται πως ο καθαρισμός είναι απλή υπόθεση.
Για έμμεσο ψήσιμο έχει ένα ταψάκι μπου μπαίνει στο μέσον της ψησταριάς, σβήνει ο μεσαίος καυστήρας και ανάβουν ο μπροστά και ο πίσω.
ΥΓ: Σε όσους λένε ότι δε συγκρίνεται με κάρβουνο έχω να απαντήσω ότι δεν έχουν μάθει να χρησιμοποιούν υγραέριο. Έψηνα κάρβουνο από τα 15 μου και την αγόρασα την υγραερίου στα 35 γιατί η ανάγκη με έβαλε σε πολυκατοικία και δεν ήθελα να έχω γκρίνιες. Ε με 3-4 ψησίματα τα βρήκα όλα τα κόλπα. Όρεξη, δοκιμές, ψάξιμο, διάβασμα.
Άμα αγαπάτε το ψήσιμο και δε "λέτε ότι το αγαπάτε" μπορείτε να κάνετε θαύματα με αυτήν την ψησταριά.
Update Μάρτιος 2026: Απροβλημάτιστη και εξαιρετική στο ψήσιμο όπως την πρώτη μέρα.

Εσύ φίλε μου που θέλεις να καπνίσεις το φαγητό...
Θα πάρεις ένα μεταλλικό δοχειάκι για κάπνισμα (όχι απαραίτητα της weber που είναι πανάκριβο) και ΔΕ ΘΑ ΒΡΕΞΕΙΣ καθόλου τα ξύλα. Όπως είναι στεγνά τα βάζεις μέσα στο σκεύος και τα μουσκεύεις με οινόπνευμα.
Τα ανάβεις.
Αφού πάρουν καλά και έχουν απάνω τους καύτρες, κλείνεις το καπάκι από το σκεύος και σβήνει η φλόγα αλλά μένουν οι καύτρες αναμένες. Το τοποθετείς στον πίσω καυστήρα ο οποίος προφανώς και είναι αναμμένος, κλείνεις το καπάκι και το αφήνεις να καπνιστεί...
Για περίπου 30-40 λεπτά ανάλογα την ποσότητα, αυτό θα βγάζει καπνό. Δεν έχει νόημα να καπνίσεις κάτι για παραπάνω χρόνο. Επίσης δεν έχει νόημα να το καπνίσεις την ώρα που ψήνεις πάνω στη φωτιά. Το κάπνισμα έχει νόημα μόνο σε έμμεσο ψήσιμο και καλό είναι να είναι και πιο ψηλά το φαγητό που θες να καπνίσεις.
