“Escapades” is the result of the collaboration between award-winning winemakers Evangelos Gerovassiliou and Vasilis Tsaktsarlis with renowned viticulturist Takis Soldatos.

  • 50.5% Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 40% Shiraz
  • 9.5% Malbec

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 7-10 days, with a portion transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation, and the rest remaining in the tank. It matures in small French barrels for over a year before blending and bottling.
