Δεν ξέρω αν είναι για άνδρες εγώ το πήρα για την μητέρα μου και κάνει δουλειά κρατάει τον κορμό σε σωστή θέση .. στην αρχή είναι λίγο άβολο μέχρι να το συνηθίσεις. Τώρα για το μέγεθος ανάλογα τον σωματότυπο αν έχεις πολλά κιλακια πάρε το μεγαλύτερο ... Αλλά είναι ελαστικό και προσαρμόζεται και έχει και οδηγίες νομίζω για το πώς θα βρεις το σωστό μέγεθος.
