Good as a sander for light use.
I won’t write the positives, you’ll find them in dozens of comments above, I’ll note my own experience.
Bought 7/19 and just like that, after not even a year and occasional use with great care, because the machine strains easily—it’s not for heavy work—it stopped working. It didn’t overheat, there was no noise, it just stopped and never started again. In total, I sanded a door, a shutter, and a garden table set, all wooden. And I stress again, all of the above were done occasionally.
For now, I’m sending it to Dewalt’s service, it’s still under warranty and I’m waiting for results.
I also have other Dewalt tools which are workhorses, but I consider this one a bit more B-grade. Surely it’s better than a 30-40 euro one, but for ~125€ that I bought it and considering it’s supposed to be professional, I was disappointed.
For the record, as soon as it broke, I went and bought a Skil for about 60€ because I had to finish the job. So, the three stars are because it let me down and as I wrote at the beginning, apart from the malfunction, it’s quite good for light jobs.
Update after service:
Burnt coil, defect in the contacts from its manufacture, as the official Dewalt service told me. On the plus side, quick repair and return shipping from Stanley Black&Decker Hellas.

Καλό σαν τριβείο για ελαφριά χρήση.
Δεν γράφω τα θετικά,θα τα βρείτε σε δεκάδες σχόλια παραπάνω,σημειώνω την δική μου εμπειρία.
Αγοράστηκε 7/19 και έτσι απλά,μετά από ούτε ένα χρόνο και περιστασιακή χρήση με μεγάλη προσοχή,διότι ζορίζεται εύκολα το μηχάνημα-δεν είναι για βαριές δουλείες,σταμάτησε να δουλεύει.Ούτε ζεστάθηκε,ούτε ακούστηκε κάποιος θόρυβος,απλώς σταμάτησε και δεν πήρε ποτέ ξανα μπροστά.Στο σύνολο έτριψα μια πόρτα,ένα πατζούρι και ένα σετ τραπέζι κήπου,όλα ξύλινα.Και το τονίζω πάλι,όλα τα παραπάνω έγιναν περιστασιακά.
Για την ώρα,το στέλνω στο σέρβις της dewalt,είναι στην εγγύηση ακόμα και περιμένω αποτελέσματα.
Έχω και άλλα εργαλεία της dewalt τα οποία είναι σκυλιά,το συγκεκριμένο θεωρώ ότι είναι λίγο πιο Β.Σίγουρα είναι καλύτερο από ένα των 30-40 ευρώ,αλλά για ~125€ που το πήρα και στο ότι θεωρητικά είναι επαγγελματικό,την έφαγα την απογοήτευση.
Για την ιστορία,μόλις χάλασε πήγα και πήρα ένα skil με 60€ περίπου γιατί έπρεπε να τελειώσω την δουλειά.Οπότε τα τρία αστεράκια είναι γιατί με άφησε και όπως έγραψα στην αρχή,πέρα από τη βλάβη,είναι αρκετά καλό για ελαφριές δουλειές.
Update μετά το σέρβις:
Καμμένο πηνίο,ελάτωμα στις επαφές από την κατασκευή του μου ανέφεραν από το επίσημο σέρβιςτης dewalt.Στα υπέρ η γρήγορη επισκευή και αποστολή πίσω από την stanley black&decker Ελλάς.
