Description

Description

Moschofilero produces - as everyone knows - exceptional white wines. This versatile grey variety with its exuberant aromas is the great love of the Troupis family, who, with the rosé Tomi, make a cut in the white winemaking method.

The 24-hour pre-fermentation cold extraction, apart from extracting the color, preserves to the maximum all the aromatic and taste potential of Moschofilero, while the stirring with the lees for two months adds volume and body.

Bright rosé with a rose petal color, with aromas of ripe apricots and red apples followed by crisp acidity and a citrus peel aftertaste.

Tasting Characteristics

  • Nose: A bouquet rich in aromas of ripe apricots, red apples, and flowers, followed by a crisp, refreshing acidity perfectly balanced with the medium-bodied structure.
  • Taste: Freshness and dynamism coexist gracefully in this wine, leading to a pleasant aftertaste of citrus peel.

Accompanies

“TOMH rosé” is an excellent accompaniment for dishes such as pasta with tomato, red fish, and dishes that combine a sweet and sour taste like Chinese food.
