    The external unit makes noise from its compressor.
    The internal unit makes noise from expansion and contraction (poor quality plastics) especially during heating.

    In measurements I have made in both cold and heating, it appears to be economical.

    It is definitely not worth its money.

    I have 4 Inventor units, I had the Vision 9 and 18 and the company replaced them with the Aria units and they all did what I described.

    It makes various strange noises during heating and also when I turn it off. The company told me that it is normal, but because I also have a Toyotomi which is far better, I believe that the sounds it makes are not normal and that it has to do with poor quality plastic!

Comparing it to others in its category, I found that it has many extras that enhance the air quality in my home (filters & ionizer), an amazing design, it is particularly quiet, and it performs very well, all at a very good price considering what it offers.
    Not to mention the WOW factor of the wifi, which I recommend to everyone because not only can I operate my air conditioner outside of the house, but I also save money.
    I highly recommend the Aria air conditioner (Inventor), I am very satisfied.

    I bought the 9 and the 18 and they are particularly quiet, both the indoor and outdoor units.... In silent mode, it becomes completely silent (in the bedroom, at night, with absolute silence and I try to hear something).
    I haven't tried them for heating, but I believe their operation will be similar.
    Their performance is particularly good and the space cools down immediately.
    Finally, the wifi stick does a great job allowing you to control the air conditioner from your smartphone or tablet. You can turn on and adjust the air conditioner before you get home so that the temperature is ideal when you arrive.

    As a machine, it is excellent. It is completely silent, inside and out, and very efficient in the cooling function that I have used it for. I believe it will perform excellently in heating as well.

    I noticed in its cooling function that someone with joint pain is not particularly bothered by the cold air currents or humidity. Something that did not happen with a previous model I had.

    What I must also emphasize is their excellent service and the helpful lady who answers the phone.

    And to be completely honest in the overall evaluation, I would expect a slightly larger remote control and more legible buttons and side letters on the screen for this device.

    I highly recommend this air conditioner.
