Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado is a tequila made from 100% agave that matures for a short period in white oak barrels. The peppery notes from the Silver Tradicional have returned in the Reposado.
It continues to be produced using the same traditional methods since 1795. It matures in oak barrels for at least two months and thus acquires the smooth and delicate complexity that its enthusiasts seek.
Tradicional is the original Cuervo tequila and continues to be the number one Premium Tequila in Mexico.
Due to its small production, only a limited quantity is distributed each year - the bottles are numbered and bear the year of production. It continues to be packaged in the original long bottle of Jose Cuervo.
