Congratulations to Samsung! The oven arrived with a broken circuit board (the lock didn't work), they took it to Samsung service and during transport they removed one of the four legs. They returned it as they took it and said it worked just fine, which it didn't, so they came again and took it back. Eventually they fixed the circuit board but left the leg broken and now I have an oven that rocks back and forth. How much more unreliable can a company be...

3) Shortly after the warranty expired, a malfunction occurred in the Magnetron, so it no longer heats up. Such malfunctions are usually manufacturing defects and have nothing to do with minimal usage. There are only 2 officially available service centers for ovens in Attica (Agios Dimitrios, Gerakas, which are not exactly central locations)
4) Was it worth the money? NO, I don't think so. An economical oven with basic functions might have been preferable, as repair is not cost-effective in case of malfunction.

1) Αν και πολύ καλό μηχάνημα απο άποψη πληθώρας λειτουργιών (+ έχει και γκρίλ)
2) Πολύπλοκο μενού που για καθημερινές ανάγκες τελικά δέν χρειάζεται (και είναι λίγο δύσκολο για ανθρώπους που δέν θέλουν να περάσουν τη μέρα τους διαβάζοντας Manuals)
3) Λίγο μετά την λήξη της εγγύησης παρουσιάστηκε βλάβη στο Magnetron οπότε δέν ζεσταίνει πια. Τέτοιες βλάβες είναι συνήθως κατασκευαστικές αστοχίες υλικού και δέν εχουν να κάνουν με την χρήση η οποία ήταν ελάχιστη. Διαθέσιμα επίσημα service για Αττική γις φουρνάκια μόλις 2 (Αγιος Δημήτριος, Γέρακας (δεν τα λές και κεντρικά σημεία)
4) Άν αξιζε τα λεφτά του? ΟΧΙ νομίζω ένα οικονομικό φουρνάκι με βασικές λειτουργίες ίσως ήταν προτιμότερο αφού σε περίπτωση βλάβης δέν συμφέρει η επισκευή.
The oven was purchased from an official representative of Spithas/Euronics. Before the end of the 2-year warranty, one of the LED joints burned out. It was repaired at the authorized service in Chania, but when I received it back, I was missing screws! I had to go another 8+8 km to have 2-3 screws added, different ones, not the original ones, and I didn't even complain about the scratches. About a year later, specifically in the third quarter of 2023, the same problem occurred again. I contacted Samsung asking about the quality of their spare parts because the replacement part failed again after only 16 months. Their response was to refer me to the authorized service for more information. At the service, they found when I had brought it back before (01/22), and I told them that it had exactly the same problem. They told me the replacement part costs €90 (not readily available) + €30+VAT for labor. So, €127.70 compared to the price of a new one, which is €178! It is worth noting that the spare part costs €79 in the UK from https://spares4bush.co.uk/samsung-operating-unit-screen-assy-control-panel-mc28h5015as-en-silver and €71.15 in the Netherlands from https://fixpart.nl/nl/product/samsung-de94-03149f-bediendeel-klep. It's a shame, their wages and monthly salaries there are not €680! Never again!
Το φουρνάκι αγοράστηκε από επίσημο αντιπρόσωπο Σπιθας/Euronics, πριν την λήξη της 2ετους εγγύησης κάηκε η μια άρθρωση του led, επισκευάστηκε στο εξουσιοδοτημένο service στα Χανιά, μόνο που στην επιστροφή έψαχνα και τις βίδες που του έλειπαν! Ξαναπήγα άλλα 8+8χλμ για να προσθέσουν τις 2-3 βίδες, άλλες, οι τις μαμίσιες, και δεν έκανα λόγω για τις γρατζουνιές. Ένα χρόνο περίπου αργότερα, συγκεκριμένα στα 3/4 του 2023, παρουσίασε το ιδιο πρόβλημα, επικοινώνησα με την Samsung ρωτώντας τους για την ποιότητα των ανταλλακτικών τους διότι το της αντικατάστασης ξαναχάλασε μετά από πρπ 16μηνες. Η απάντηση τους ήταν να αποτανθώ στο εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις για περισσότερα. Στο service βρήκαν πότε το είχα ξαναφέρει (01/22), και τους ανέφερα ότι έχει ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Μου είπαν €90 το ανταλλακτικό (δεν είναι ετοιμοπαράδοτο) + €30+ΦΠΑ για την εργασία. Δλδ € 127.70 έναντι € 178 τιμή καινούργιου! I delayed writing a review to be objective. AMAZING machine. It outperforms all the other air fryers since it has a CONVECTION function, meaning it bakes like an oven with hot air! It cooks meats, cakes, lightly oiled or pre-cooked fried potatoes, EVERYTHING. And of course, in large quantities. And with a Grill function. Flawless in all the classic microwave functions, meaning heating and defrosting. It has been a lifesaver for us for 2 years, and if it gets damaged, I will buy the same one again! Get it with your eyes closed and thank me later!

Βαζει τα γυαλια σε ολες τις μπουρδες air fryer μιας και εχει λειτουργια CONVECTION δλδ ψηνει κανονικα σαν φουρνος με θερμο αερα! Ψητα κρεατα, κεικ, πατατες τηγανητες ελαφρως λαδωμενες ή προκατ, ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ. Και βεβαια σε μεγαλες ποσοτητες. Kαι με λειτουργια Grill. Αψογο σε ολες τις κλασικες λειτουργίες μικροκυμάτων δλδ ζεσταμα και ξεπαγωμα. 2 χρονια μας εχει λυσει τα χερια και αν παθει ζημια θα ξαναπαρω το ιδιο! Παρτε το με κλειστα ματια and thank me later!

Απο ποιοτητα κατασκευης πολυ καλη! Βαρυ και μεγαλο στον ογκο του αλλα και ευρυχωρο εσωτερικα....ομως ακριβο πολυ! Επειδη ομως οτι πληρωνεις παιρνεις σε αυτην την ζωη,αξιζει τα λεφτα του! Ειναι ο βασιλιας στην κατηγορια του!!!

Very good and quality oven. It has a lot of functions that I haven't utilized yet. For reheating food and defrosting, it does a very good job.
Edit: In 3 years of operation, it has already broken down 2 times. Once the internal lamp and the second time the screen. The first time it was covered by the warranty, the second time it was out of warranty (even though it has already been repaired) and the warranty was not valid.
In short, it is a very nice wrapping (after all), for a very high-quality piece of junk that takes up space on my counter.

Εν συντομία πρόκεται για ένα πολύ ωραιο περιτύλιγμα (τελικά), για ένα ποιοτικότατο σκουπίδι που πιάνει χώρο στον πάγκο μου.

We have had it for about 4 years! Bought it for around 150, as far as I remember! We are very satisfied! The best microwave oven! I highly recommend it without reservation!

It's so-so when it comes to defrosting..
BUT I baked a bougatsa with cream inside, those imperfect rolls, and it turned out great!
Otherwise, I would say it has many features, I still need to try it for dough or yogurt.

Πολυχρηστικο φουρνακι με ευκολο μενου κ αψογη κατασκευη ,με κεραμικο φουρνο για ευκολο καθαρισμο...δεν ειναι μονο για ξεπαγωμα κ ζεσταμα...εχει πληθωρα προγραμματων ακομη κ για να φτιαξεις το δικο σου γιαουρτι,οσοι εχουν μερακι με την κουζινα(μαγειρικη,ζαχαροπλαστικη) θα τους λυσει τα χερια...!!!
1) Although a very good machine in terms of variety of functions (+ it also has a grill)
2) Complicated menu that is ultimately not necessary for everyday needs (and is a bit difficult for people who don't want to spend their day reading manuals)
3) Shortly after the warranty expired, a malfunction occurred in the Magnetron, so it no longer heats up. Such malfunctions are usually manufacturing defects and have nothing to do with minimal usage. There are only 2 officially available service centers for ovens in Attica (Agios Dimitrios, Gerakas, which are not exactly central locations)
4) Was it worth the money? NO, I don't think so. An economical oven with basic functions might have been preferable, as repair is not cost-effective in case of malfunction.
Κριτική μετα απο χρήση 2,5 χρόνων:
1) Αν και πολύ καλό μηχάνημα απο άποψη πληθώρας λειτουργιών (+ έχει και γκρίλ)
2) Πολύπλοκο μενού που για καθημερινές ανάγκες τελικά δέν χρειάζεται (και είναι λίγο δύσκολο για ανθρώπους που δέν θέλουν να περάσουν τη μέρα τους διαβάζοντας Manuals)
3) Λίγο μετά την λήξη της εγγύησης παρουσιάστηκε βλάβη στο Magnetron οπότε δέν ζεσταίνει πια. Τέτοιες βλάβες είναι συνήθως κατασκευαστικές αστοχίες υλικού και δέν εχουν να κάνουν με την χρήση η οποία ήταν ελάχιστη. Διαθέσιμα επίσημα service για Αττική γις φουρνάκια μόλις 2 (Αγιος Δημήτριος, Γέρακας (δεν τα λές και κεντρικά σημεία)
4) Άν αξιζε τα λεφτά του? ΟΧΙ νομίζω ένα οικονομικό φουρνάκι με βασικές λειτουργίες ίσως ήταν προτιμότερο αφού σε περίπτωση βλάβης δέν συμφέρει η επισκευή.
The oven was purchased from an official representative of Spithas/Euronics. Before the end of the 2-year warranty, one of the LED joints burned out. It was repaired at the authorized service in Chania, but when I received it back, I was missing screws! I had to go another 8+8 km to have 2-3 screws added, different ones, not the original ones, and I didn't even complain about the scratches. About a year later, specifically in the third quarter of 2023, the same problem occurred again. I contacted Samsung asking about the quality of their spare parts because the replacement part failed again after only 16 months. Their response was to refer me to the authorized service for more information. At the service, they found when I had brought it back before (01/22), and I told them that it had exactly the same problem. They told me the replacement part costs €90 (not readily available) + €30+VAT for labor. So, €127.70 compared to the price of a new one, which is €178! It is worth noting that the spare part costs €79 in the UK from https://spares4bush.co.uk/samsung-operating-unit-screen-assy-control-panel-mc28h5015as-en-silver and €71.15 in the Netherlands from https://fixpart.nl/nl/product/samsung-de94-03149f-bediendeel-klep. It's a shame, their wages and monthly salaries there are not €680! Never again!
Το φουρνάκι αγοράστηκε από επίσημο αντιπρόσωπο Σπιθας/Euronics, πριν την λήξη της 2ετους εγγύησης κάηκε η μια άρθρωση του led, επισκευάστηκε στο εξουσιοδοτημένο service στα Χανιά, μόνο που στην επιστροφή έψαχνα και τις βίδες που του έλειπαν! Ξαναπήγα άλλα 8+8χλμ για να προσθέσουν τις 2-3 βίδες, άλλες, οι τις μαμίσιες, και δεν έκανα λόγω για τις γρατζουνιές. Ένα χρόνο περίπου αργότερα, συγκεκριμένα στα 3/4 του 2023, παρουσίασε το ιδιο πρόβλημα, επικοινώνησα με την Samsung ρωτώντας τους για την ποιότητα των ανταλλακτικών τους διότι το της αντικατάστασης ξαναχάλασε μετά από πρπ 16μηνες. Η απάντηση τους ήταν να αποτανθώ στο εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις για περισσότερα. Στο service βρήκαν πότε το είχα ξαναφέρει (01/22), και τους ανέφερα ότι έχει ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Μου είπαν €90 το ανταλλακτικό (δεν είναι ετοιμοπαράδοτο) + €30+ΦΠΑ για την εργασία. Δλδ € 127.70 έναντι € 178 τιμή καινούργιου! Top microwave + classic air oven + grill, meaning 3 in 1. It also has combination programs, microwave + grill simultaneously for example for greater efficiency in baking depending on what you want to bake. Of course, the manual needs to be read carefully in order to fully utilize its capabilities :)

Επίσης έχει και συνδυαστικά προγράμματα, microwave + grill ταυτόχρονα για παράδειγμα για μεγαλύτερη αποτελεσματικότητα στο ψήσιμο αναλόγως και του τι θέλετε να ψήσετε. Φυσικά θέλει καλό διάβασμα το εγχειρίδιο για να αξιοποιήσετε πλήρως τις δυνατότητες του :)
I delayed writing a review to be objective. AMAZING machine. It outperforms all the other air fryers since it has a CONVECTION function, meaning it bakes like an oven with hot air! It cooks meats, cakes, lightly oiled or pre-cooked fried potatoes, EVERYTHING. And of course, in large quantities. And with a Grill function. Flawless in all the classic microwave functions, meaning heating and defrosting. It has been a lifesaver for us for 2 years, and if it gets damaged, I will buy the same one again! Get it with your eyes closed and thank me later!
Καθυστερησα να γραψω κριτικη για να ειμαι αντικειμενικος. ΦΟΒΕΡΟ μηχανημα. Βαζει τα γυαλια σε ολες τις μπουρδες air fryer μιας και εχει λειτουργια CONVECTION δλδ ψηνει κανονικα σαν φουρνος με θερμο αερα! Ψητα κρεατα, κεικ, πατατες τηγανητες ελαφρως λαδωμενες ή προκατ, ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ. Και βεβαια σε μεγαλες ποσοτητες. Kαι με λειτουργια Grill. Αψογο σε ολες τις κλασικες λειτουργίες μικροκυμάτων δλδ ζεσταμα και ξεπαγωμα. 2 χρονια μας εχει λυσει τα χερια και αν παθει ζημια θα ξαναπαρω το ιδιο! Παρτε το με κλειστα ματια and thank me later!

An expensive but very good and reputable microwave oven. Its pros are its latest generation ceramic coating on the inside, as well as its many easy-to-use menu settings and numerous programs that cover all the needs of a household. It heats, defrosts, cooks, and bakes very well! The build quality is very good! It is heavy and large in size, but spacious on the inside... however, it is very expensive! But because you get what you pay for in this life, it is worth its money! It is the king in its category!
Ενα ακριβο αλλα πολυ καλο και επωνυμο φουρνακι
μικροκυματων.Τα συν ειναι η εσωτερικη του τελευταιας γενιας κεραμικη επενδυση που εχει αλλα και οι πολλες και ευκολες ρυθμισεις στο μενου και τα πολλα προγραμματα που εχει για να καλυψει ολες τις αναγκες ενος νοικυκυριου.Ζεσταινει,ξεπαγωνει,μαγειρευεικαι ψηνει πολυ καλα!!! Απο ποιοτητα κατασκευης πολυ καλη! Βαρυ και μεγαλο στον ογκο του αλλα και ευρυχωρο εσωτερικα....ομως ακριβο πολυ! Επειδη ομως οτι πληρωνεις παιρνεις σε αυτην την ζωη,αξιζει τα λεφτα του! Ειναι ο βασιλιας στην κατηγορια του!!!

Very good and quality oven. It has a lot of functions that I haven't utilized yet. For reheating food and defrosting, it does a very good job.
Edit: In 3 years of operation, it has already broken down 2 times. Once the internal lamp and the second time the screen. The first time it was covered by the warranty, the second time it was out of warranty (even though it has already been repaired) and the warranty was not valid.
In short, it is a very nice wrapping (after all), for a very high-quality piece of junk that takes up space on my counter.
Πολύ καλός και ποιοτικός φούρνος. Έχει πάρα πολλές λειτουργίες που δεν τις έχω αξιοποιήσει ακόμη. Στο ζέσταμα φαγητού και στο ξεπαγωμα κάνει πάρα πολύ καλή δουλειά.
Edit: Μέσα σε 3 χρόνια λειτουργίας εχει χαλάσει ήδη 2 φορές. Μια φορά η εσωτερική λάμπα και τη δεύτερη φορά η οθόνη. Την πρώτη με καλυψε η εγγύηση, τη δεύτερη φορά ηταν εκτός (παρ'όλο που έχει γίνει επισκευή ήδη) και η εγγύηση δεν ίσχυε.
Εν συντομία πρόκεται για ένα πολύ ωραιο περιτύλιγμα (τελικά), για ένα ποιοτικότατο σκουπίδι που πιάνει χώρο στον πάγκο μου.
It is an excellent product! It has made my daily life easier. It is not just for microwaves, it is for everything. Very good defrosting. Many programs that are written like a powder inside the oven and you don't need to search for instructions.
Ειναι αριστο προιον!Μου εχει διευκολυνει την καθημερινοτητα. Δεν ειναι απλα για μικροκυματα, ειναι για τα παντα. Πολυ καλη αποψυξη. Πολλα προγραμματα τα οποια ειναι γραμμενα σαν σκονακι μεσα στον φουρνο και δεν χρειαζεται να ψαχνεις οδηγιες.
Congratulations to Samsung! The oven arrived with a broken circuit board (the lock didn't work), they took it to Samsung service and during transport they removed one of the four legs. They returned it as they took it and said it worked just fine, which it didn't, so they came again and took it back. Eventually they fixed the circuit board but left the leg broken and now I have an oven that rocks back and forth. How much more unreliable can a company be...
Συγχαρητήρια στην Samsung! Το φουρνάκι ήρθε με χαλασμένη πλακέτα (δεν λειτουργούσε το κλείδωμα) , το πήραν από το service της samsung και έβγαλαν το ένα από τα τέσσερα ποδαράκια κατά την μεταφορά . Το επέστρεψαν όπως το πήραν και είπαν ότι λειτουργούσε μια χαρά, που δεν λειτουργούσε οπότε και ξαναήρθαν και το ξαναπήρα. Τελικά έφτιαξαν την πλακετα αλλά άφησαν χαλασμένο το ποδαράκι και τώρα εχω ενα φουρνάκι που πηγαίνει βάρκα γυαλό. Πόσο πιο αναξιόπιστη εταιρία...
one star less is for the many options that confuse you. also, when you select the heat option on the microwave, you have to wait a couple of seconds before you can set the timer, which goes in ten-second increments, so for two minutes you have to keep pressing. good space, sturdy product.
