Merkmale

U/min (Umdrehungen pro Minute)

Dies betrifft die Anzahl der Umdrehungen pro Minute, die die Trommel machen kann. Ich habe dieses bestimmte Waschmaschinenmodell im Mai 2018 gekauft. Im Juni 2025 sind die Lager der Trommel kaputt gegangen. Die Reparatur beim Händler kostet 300 Euro, das neue Trommeln zusammen mit dem Lager sind fix zusammen.
Ich glaube nicht, dass es sich lohnt, es reparieren zu lassen und 300 Euro auszugeben, vielleicht geht nach kurzer Zeit eine Widerstand oder eine Platine kaputt, also ist es besser, ein neues Gerät zu kaufen.
Ich bin enttäuscht von AEG.

I have had the washing machine for about 3 months. I am very satisfied. Although it has 2 programs for 8 kilograms, those are the main categories of clothes. Knits and delicate items are meant for a few kilograms anyway.

I can choose the temperature, spin speed, and reduce the washing time in all programs. The clothes are equally clean even in the reduced time. Now in the winter, I use 1200 and 1400 spins to dry them quickly, and when I take them out, as soon as the wash is finished and hang them, they don't need ironing. I only put shirts in the steam program and with a quick drying option, and immediately after, I hang them on a hanger. Some of them don't need ironing (depending on the quality).

I also washed large single blankets and single duvets, they came out fluffy and smelling fresh.

As for the noise, I only hear it at the beginning when it pumps water and a little during the spinning. I am very pleased!

It is a good washing machine, but only its two programs can handle 8 kilograms of clothes. I am also impressed that when I wash clothes in a 10-year-old Miele washing machine, their smell cannot be compared. I regret not spending an extra 200 euros to buy the cheaper Miele model. Another downside is that the program duration changes depending on the weight, etc. While this can be good in some cases, if you want to leave in 3 hours, for example, for work, even though the program may initially indicate 2:50, it may actually take 3:10. The door is made of plastic, I would prefer it to be made of a more sturdy material. Also, sometimes the fabric softener remains in the drum. Of course, it has not caused me any problems and it cleans clothes well without making noise.

I bought it for 479€ a year and a half ago. It washes clothes daily for 2 adults and 1 baby. 5-6 loads per week. It is quiet and has satisfactory programs. It has a very smart steam program, which prevents clothes from getting too wrinkled, especially for shirts. In case you come home and your clothes smell like anything, even cigarettes, you can put them in the washing machine and select the steam program to eliminate the odors. It has a child lock, but it has a major flaw. Although all the buttons are locked, the on/off button does not lock consistently, so my 13-month-old son can start and stop the entire wash cycle even when the child lock is activated. So I consider it to not have a child lock. For those who want to wash blankets, it will give you a good wash only with single items. I have tried to wash a queen-sized blanket, but it damages the washing machine and does not clean them properly.

Update:
After two years of use, I open the drawer to put detergent and the front part of the drawer comes off in my hand. It was attached to the drawer with two weak plastic clips and one of them broke. Unjustifiable for the quality of AEG. I glued it back with regular glue because the service asked me for 40€, even though I have paid an extra warranty fee of 70€ to cover any damages for the next five years.

Let's summarize now.
It is worth its money because in the market research I did, in various forums and reviews I read about other washing machines, they made me afraid to buy any brand. Especially in the cheap brands, I read about ridiculous problems with these machines and non-existent customer service. I made one phone call to inform about the broken door, and the AEG representatives called me the next day. They told me they would come to check why it broke and why it doesn't close properly, all during the COVID-19 pandemic. The fact that it didn't close properly was my mistake because the washing machine detected that I only had one item for washing, and if the spin cycle started, the center of gravity wouldn't be in the middle of the drum, causing the drum to hit. So for safety reasons, it disables the spin cycle. Many people are not aware of this and think that their washing machines are broken. Except for the broken detergent drawer, the washing machine is flawless. I just made a mistake by not getting a larger drum to wash blankets.

Experience of a few days in a 4-member family. It washes clothes well and the fabric softener now smells more. The programs are sufficient, although there are more in other companies, but in practice you don't use more than 5-6. The ability to add steam at the end of the wash, which makes the clothes fluffier and less wrinkled, is very nice. The anti-allergy program is also useful for those with small children. Finally, it is relatively quiet with a sturdy construction. First time with AEG, its durability remains to be seen over time. Purchased for 420€.

1) It does not wash clothes well, even with the most expensive detergents!
2) 3 hours to complete a program?;; And still, of course, it does not clean well....
3) Despite having many programs, only two are for 8 kilograms, the rest are for 1-3 kilograms.

Update 21/12/2022 after 4 years, it stopped spinning!! The circuit board broke! The technician asked for 260 euros and if it works! So, throwing away and buying another one now... definitely not AEG!!!!! Why should we pay so much money for 3 or 4 years ???;;;;;;; It is very unfair and a shame... it is like new! A big disappointment!

At first, I misunderstood it because due to the drum balance sensors, it was slow in spinning, but it cleans the clothes well, drys them, and most importantly, they come out very soft. However, the depth dimension is definitely below 60 cm

Good washing machine, sturdy... The only downside compared to the previous one (whirlpool) I had is that there is a small to medium gap in the rubber, resulting in socks and small-sized clothes getting stuck in between... It washes well and the clothes come out very dry... Its durability will be tested over time.

It has not been tested much yet but it seems to have good construction and reliability.
In some stores, the depth is stated as 50 cm strangely, while in reality it is 60 cm.

It was purchased about a month ago. Sturdy washing machine with a 10-year motor warranty. Very quiet both during washing and spinning. It leaves the clothes clean and soft. The steam program is very good. I highly recommend it. More impressions will be shared soon after further testing.

You don't read the touch keys instantly. Sometimes it takes three times to press it. I didn't like the on/off switch at all. It requires a lot of force to open, and I believe it will cause me problems in the future. We'll see. I would have liked it to have a separate program for colored ones that it doesn't have.
