Description

Dry wine which comes from the Cretan variety Vidiano, planted and adapted on the slopes of Mount Pangaio, with a small participation of Assyrtiko. It has a bright green-yellow color, while the nose is dominated by aromas of apricot and pear, harmoniously combined with aromas of herbs and citrus fruits.

Its taste is rich and full, with refreshing acidity and a velvety texture. Aromas of yellow fruits, as well as notes of minerals and wax, give it a distinctive aftertaste.

It is my favorite Greek white. It is expensive, but it is worth trying. I always bring it out when I host a dinner and want to treat my guests.

Body full, stone fruits on the nose and palate... Peach, apricot, pear, melon. The Assyrtiko with a small participation gives extra complexity and body. A very good wine from a promising variety!
