This book serves as an aid to the Social and Political Education book for the 6th Grade of Primary School. In a simple and methodical way, it helps students familiarize themselves with concepts, values, principles, and institutions such as the family, the church, the state, the citizen, the European Union, the status of European citizen, International Organizations and Associations, human rights, etc. Its aim is to help them realize the importance of being active and responsible citizens and to prepare them for their integration into society.

The structure of the book is as follows:
- The main points of the lesson, where the key points of the syllabus are presented with the necessary explanations.
- Answers to the questions-activities of the schoolbook
- Questions-activities for consolidating the material ("Suggested texts and activities for consolidation", "I check my knowledge"), the answers to which are found at the end of the book.
- Additional information for each lesson, in the form of notes and excerpts (extracts from newspapers, books, websites, etc.).
