Spyros Vougias

Spyros Vouyas was born in Thessaloniki in 1952. He is a transportation engineer, an associate professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and a municipal councilor for the Municipality of Thessaloniki. He has served as a Member of Parliament and Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications.
