CHristina-Panagiota Manolea

Christina-Panagiota Manolea (Athens, 1970) studied Greek Philology at the University of Athens and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of London (University College London), where she earned her doctorate in 2002. She was a scholarship recipient of the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.) during her undergraduate studies and of The A.G. Leventis Foundation during her postgraduate research. She has also received a postdoctoral fellowship from I.K.Y. She participates in research programs at the University of Athens and has taught as an hourly-paid lecturer at the Police Academy Schools. She is proficient in English, French, and German. She has participated in scientific conferences in Greece and abroad. She is a member of the Panhellenic Union of Philologists and the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies (London). Her articles have been published in the journals "Parnassos," "Philologiki," "Interdisciplinary Review," "Messiniaka Chronika," and "Lakonika." She is married and the mother of one child.
