Ernestos Tzannatos

Ernestos Tzannatos is a Professor of "Marine Technology" in the Department of Maritime Studies at the University of Piraeus. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth (BSc), a Master's degree (MSc) in Naval Engineering from University College London, and completed his Doctoral Dissertation (PhD) in Turbomachinery at Cranfield University. As a faculty member of the Department of Maritime Studies since 1991, he teaches all courses in the curriculum related to ship technology and maritime technology in general. His research work has been published extensively in both international and national journals.
