How can you sell your mobile phone or tablet through Skoop?

How do you list the ad?

Once the registration process is complete, you can list the products you want to sell from the form Sell a product. 

The essential information you need to prepare to add to your mobile phone or tablet listing is the following:

• Selling price

#skroutztip: If you are wondering how much your phone costs, do some market research to see approximately how much that specific model is selling for, and also take into account whether it is new, lightly used, or fairly used.

• Condition (new/used)
• Product description

#skroutztip: Make sure to list your product with the correct model title, year, and give it the appropriate description.

• Photos 

#skroutztip: A product with clear photos, as well as photos from multiple angles, attracts a potential buyer more.

• Suitable package size

With the above, you're ready to publish your listing!

Once you click "Publish your listing", it will need to be reviewed by our team before it appears. While it is pending approval, the listing will appear only in your account, marked as "Pending approval", and once approved the label will change to "Available". 

If the listing does not meet the specifications, we will inform you within your account of the reasons it was not approved.

How to make a successful sale?

When you receive an order, you have 2 days to accept it. 

Acceptance is done from the page of the specific order, from Orders in your account. Along with accepting it, you must choose the way you will hand over the parcel to the shipping company from the following 2 options:

1. Either the shipping company will pick it up from the address you have selected in the settings

2. Or you will deliver the parcel yourself to an ACS branch, which you can choose when accepting the order

If you accept an order and then something comes up and you cannot fulfill it, you will need to contact us. As soon as you receive your first order, you will need to complete the identity verification process (KYC) of your details at the payment institution Everypay, so that you can be paid for your sales. Don’t worry, though, this step only needs to be done once!
