Marla Lindberg decides to attend the reunion with her old classmates in the snowy Alps. But as soon as she arrives at the remote lodge, she realizes there is only one thing more dangerous than running away into the frozen night: not doing it...

Marla's memories are crystal clear: the strange message that lured her to an abandoned maternity clinic, the shadow that tried to kill her, the peculiar whistling cough of the psychopath during the fight to the death. After years of psychotherapy, Marla now knows that all these are false memories. Marla suffers from prosopagnosia, and her brain plays tricks on her under pressure, leading her to hallucinations.

The invitation to a class reunion initially seems like an opportunity for a carefree break. But at the lodge, a surprise awaits her: used dishes are on the dining table, the fireplace is lit, but no one is there. Marla begins to search for the others. And then she hears it again: that whistling cough, out in the frozen darkness...

Best Children's Fairy Tale (Ages 2-6)

Θα Σ' Αγαπώ Όπως Κι Αν Είσαι

Audience Award Skroutz Book Awards 2025: Children's Fairytale (2-6 years old)

The book "I Will Love You No Matter How You Are", with the original title "Come What May", is written and illustrated by Debi Gliori and published by Patakis Publications in a translation by Philippos Mandilaras. It is intended for children aged 3 and above.

The story focuses on Little One, a little fox who is in a bad mood and full of negative feelings. He wonders how it is possible for his Mom to still love him, even though his mood changes so often. Mama Fox, with tenderness and understanding, shows him that her love is constant and everlasting, no matter what happens and no matter how he feels.

The book appears to be a sequel or to share the same beloved characters (Little One and Mama Fox) with the author's previous bestseller, "I Will Love You No Matter What" (original title "No Matter What"). Therefore, we could say that these books explore selfless and unconditional parental love, the importance of accepting emotions, empathy, and the creation of relationships of trust and emotional security for children.
