The best Full Body machine

Top choice for the whole body

Pegasus MS‑600 Multi-Gym with Weights 72kg

  • Weights: 72 kg (in plates)
  • Attachments: 4
  • Exercise pulleys: High, low and mid pulley for upper and lower body exercises
  • Adjustable backrest: Multi-position
  • Maximum user weight: 120 kg

User review we highlighted: 'The instructions are quite clear since everything is organized, the screws are sorted step by step, the good thing is that several parts already come lubricated.
It also comes with a little oil; apply it after you finish on the cables and on all the pulleys.
Generally, it took me just over two and a half hours on my own.
In some places, do not tighten the screws too much.
I would not say it is recommended for people over 1.85 m, as in some exercises you will have difficulty.
It is a machine that covers all muscle groups, it is for satisfactory maintenance, it is not for bodybuilding level.
I would upload more photos with all the steps, but Skroutz has a limit.
WARNING! when you place the weights, put them in the correct position, with the notches facing down

    The best Power Rack machine

Whatever type of training you focus on, crossfit, weightlifting, bodybuilding, or simple maintenance, the MyRack is fully customizable with over 100 variations, so you can take your training to the next level.

Force USA MyRack Power Rack without Weights Main Base Unit
    • 54 different positions
    • Heavy-duty steel construction
    • Weight: 80 kg
    • Dimensions: 121.2 x 140 x 220 cm

User review we highlighted: 'Having had all the accessories for 3 years now, I can say that there is no more value-for-money rack anywhere!!! The thickness of all the steel is perfect, the sockets, the build quality, the holders all around for bars and plates, and on top for handles, the extra steel for bands, where you can hang things permanently (handles, safeties, etc.), even the landmine has a socket for both an Olympic bar and a smaller (threaded) one; overall it’s amazing.

But I’ll also write the negatives, without it losing even a star because of them. What bothers me the most is that the central rear pulley has a shorter cable than the 2 cross over pulleys, and unfortunately I often forget and max it out, which causes the cable guide to crumple; however, this pulley is structurally more reinforced compared to the 2 cross over ones. Also, on the cross over pulleys, to set the adjustment to position 1, you have to remove the retaining screw of the upper part, which would destabilize the machine to some extent, so I only use it from position 2 and below. Also, on the pin in the cross over, the thread that holds the base of the pin is either not well cut and requires Hulk strength to screw in, or it is extremely loose and keeps unscrewing during position changes. In addition, the locking in the pin holes on the cross over is not stable and may require a little push - pressure to make sure it has locked in.
The pull-up bars are unfortunately at a low height, so the feet easily touch the floor and you have to tuck them up.
The handle position on the central pulley may be quite high for some people and they may not be able to use it without a step.
The dip handle may be considered more than just a fat grip.
The storage pegs are split into 2 for Olympic bars and 2 for threaded bars, which bothers me because I work exclusively with Olympic bars and would prefer 4 storage pegs for Olympic bars.
The coating on the J Hooks and the pulleys chips easily with any impacts on the pulley return and on the hooks, from the bar hitting them (where there is coating and not the electrostatic paint that the rack and most of its parts have, which is excellent).
Although the steel is thick and at this price no one gives you such steel on the main frame and extensions, the reinforcements at the corners could be more reinforced (the same thing that differentiates the central pulley from the cross over ones: the reinforcing steel at the joints).
And the cable pulleys could be metal and not plastic. Because now, as soon as I max out the central pulley, the cable guide shows crumpling marks. There should be a stop similar to the lower one, but without so much reinforcement, or another arrangement for more cable.
Also, when you put the plate storage pegs on, it becomes difficult to adjust where you will do chest presses and seated exercises, because the heights differ, so if you want to use the safeties - straps inside the cage and the hooks for front lifts in front of the cage, you have to place the plate storage pegs (especially if you have 25 kg and 20 kg plates) with a bit of imagination so they don’t get in the way when you put in the hooks, straps, safeties, or even the bar, especially when loaded with plates (a column of pegs at the back with a small extension would be ideal). Finally, these sockets for stepping in front of the cross over pulleys are useless, even if you put the lat pull seat - it’s 1000 times better to stand on the floor than on those.
