Clear- On the roof: Roof boxes are universal and can be installed on any car, as long as the appropriate roof bars are available. Compatibility refers to the bars and not the roof box.
- If you’re not sure, measure your roof from the top of the windshield to the rear window. The roof box should not extend in front of the windshield or behind the trunk door.
- Quick release (Tool-free): A mechanism that allows the roof box to be mounted quickly and securely on the roof bars without the use of additional tools. It is the ideal choice if you plan to install and remove it frequently.
- Classic mounting (U-Bolt): The traditional, reliable fastening system with a metal U-bolt. It passes under the bar and secures inside the roof box with wing nuts.
- Sliding in groove (T-Track): Special adapters that slide into the integrated groove (channel) of modern aluminum bars. They offer the most aerodynamic and discreet installation. Your roof bars must have the corresponding slot (T-Slot).
- Double Opening: Roof boxes that open from both sides (driver and passenger side). They offer great convenience when loading, greater safety by always opening from the sidewalk side, and make installation on roof bars much easier.
