0.8: The diameter determines the thickness (viscosity) of the material you can spray. Small nozzles (up to 1.4 mm) are for low-viscosity materials (varnishes, car paints), while 1.5 mm and above are ideal for high-viscosity materials (primers, wall paints).
Floating Tumbler: They use up every last drop of paint, require less air pressure, and offer excellent control. They are the most popular for car painting and detailed work.
Under Tumbler: They usually have larger containers and do not obstruct the field of view during use. However, they always leave a little paint at the bottom and require more pressure.
Pressure: It does not have an integrated container. It connects with two hoses: one for air and one that brings the paint under pressure from a separate, large container. Ideal for industrial use. In addition, it can paint in many different positions without spilling paint.
HVLP: Uses a high volume of air at low pressure for a more uniform and controlled spray. Offers reduced overspray and paint savings, making it ideal for car painting, furniture, and detailed finishing applications
LVLP: Operates with low air consumption and low pressure, allowing use even with smaller air compressors. Offers good paint economy and controlled spraying, suitable for both amateur and professional use.
LVMP: It combines low air consumption with medium operating pressure, offering a balance between painting speed and finish quality. It is suitable for large surfaces and fast color application.
Airless: They spray paint at very high pressure without the use of air. They are ideal for quickly covering large surfaces and applying thick materials, such as emulsion paints and varnishes, but they produce more overspray and require more careful handling.
Small: Up to 400 ml. Ideal for mini spray guns, local minor repairs (spot/smart repair) on cars, and artistic work. They are lightweight and do not cause fatigue.
Medium: From 400ml to 800ml. Ideal for painting cars, furniture, and general amateur or professional use, as they offer the best balance of weight and capacity.
Large: Over 800 ml. Mainly applies to suction feed spray guns or special spray guns for large surfaces (e.g. walls, large railings, industrial use). The right choice for painting for long periods without stopping to refill.
