It has the basics for general occasions, such as bandages, tape, finger and elbow splints, scissors, cotton, and more, packaged in a plastic bag that helps preserve the items, especially in the rain. The size is compact, I would like to add something extra but it doesn't easily fit anything else. I managed to fit 2 pairs of extra gloves and some pain relief tablets, and it's complete. Worth it.
