Description

Description

The power supply from Approx is a reliable choice for computers that require stable performance and safety. With a power output of 700W, it meets most needs for gaming and everyday use. It is of ATX type, the most common power supply standard, and the case must support this size.

The modularity is Full Wired, which means that all cables are permanent and non-detachable. This may have a lesser aesthetic effect compared to modular models, but it offers easy installation.

The power supply features power protection with Under Voltage Protection (UVP), which helps prevent damage from surges. For proper cooling, it includes a fan with a diameter of 140mm, thus providing more effective cooling and quieter operation.

In conclusion, the Approx 700PS is a solid choice, ideal for anyone seeking absolute safety and reliability in their computer's power supply.

  • I have had it for about 2-3 years and it has not caused me any problems. It is worth the money, the only negative thing in my opinion is the cable management. It contains several cables, although my case has a space for unused cables. The power supply includes many cables, but with a tie-up, you can gather them all together. It is great for the price, I recommend it

  • Although it is very good for its price in terms of wattage, the noise is the worst thing about it. It improved over time, but at the beginning it sounded like opening an airplane. The cables have many connections, but they are somewhat small in size and very colorful. Personally, I do not recommend it.

Update 14/12/22: After adding a new graphics card (RTX 2060 12GB), it started to smell burnt and in the end, it was tested on another computer where it ultimately burned. It is not worth even 30 euros, so don't bother testing it
