I bought it in 2018 for over 1400... unfortunately, after only 6 years, my TV had a problem with the panel... there are some bright flashes at the bottom - for now. It's not justified, spending so much money for such a short time... until the beginning of 2024, I had no issues and I had a really nice TV, both in terms of colors and functions... in general, I was satisfied with Samsung, but now, after this last experience, I will think twice about what I will buy again...

After 6 1/2 years, the end. I had spent 1,500€ in November 2017 unfortunately!!! Problem with the film panel. Not to mention that it was getting very hot after 1 hour of operation, maybe that's where the problem came from. The remote control broke after 4 years, so I spent another 60€ to buy one through a site from the Czech Republic because Samsung here was asking for 116€

Stay away from this TV and Samsung in general! Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed since I spent so much money (1400 euros in 2018) and the TV only lasted 5.5 years. The panel had a problem and the image is as shown in the photo. The panel needs to be replaced and according to the service offer, I basically have to buy a new TV from scratch since the cost of repair is prohibitive (1300 euros). Reading the comments here, unfortunately, this seems to be a very common issue with Samsung, as it has happened to many people. So, stay away!
Samsung's reaction? Basically, they told me, "What do you want us to do since it is out of warranty?" When I asked if Samsung considers it acceptable for a 1400 euro TV to have a lifespan of 5.5 years, I did not receive an answer and they rudely avoided me and hung up the phone. Obviously, I am going for another brand. Never again Samsung.

Until recently, I considered it the best purchase I have made in an electrical appliance in general.
The image is captivating with incredible clarity and vibrant colors with excellent contrast in blacks. For movies and gaming, it's truly the best I've gotten! Unfortunately, after 5 years of use, the image suddenly started flickering. After contacting Samsung, a technician came and told me that unfortunately, the damage cannot be repaired and it requires a panel replacement, which would cost me a total of 1150 euros. Of course, I called a second technician from an external repair shop, but he confirmed the same thing. I hadn't purchased an extended warranty, so I'm going for a new one.
P.S. It's generally tragic that giant companies like Samsung offer the same warranty period for a 500 euro product and a 1500 euro one, and you have to pay extra if you want to extend it. In the end, it's a matter of luck whether you'll end up with a TV that will withstand the test of time.

The worst purchase one can make. With the heat in the summer, everything on the menu gets stuck and it doesn't even raise its voice. The last update was made a long time ago. If I add freeSync for PS5 games, it loses even the input signal from the console and says "no signal". In general, it's better to spend the money on an amusement park than on this failure. Basically, like the phones of the same company, they simply don't turn on one day, well... it's kind of the same here

From performance is very good.
I bought this specific TV even though there were others with the same or similar features that were cheaper because I want to avoid problems and not have any damages, as it is known that you pay for cheap things dearly.
I bought it in 2018 and after 3 months it broke down, so I called the service to come to my house, where they already understood from the phone call what the issue was, that it was the fiber optic cable that the TV has, and since it was under warranty, they replaced it along with the remote control at no extra charge. (as the technician told me, this cable costs 300 euros)
Yesterday, 23/11/2021, the TV was turning on and off by itself and was displaying lines at the bottom of the screen, distorting the colors. I contacted the technical department and after sending them a video, they told me that the panel is broken and the repair will cost 1270. Simply unbelievable. The current price for a new one is 1299 euros.
As the technician stated, I didn't do anything to cause this damage, it is purely a functional problem of the TV.
I always believed that aftersales service is very important for a company and that's why you pay extra to have it. Samsung has proven to be very bad in aftersales service, as well as in the quality of construction of this particular product. It is simply sad to spend so much money and after 3 years have to throw it in the trash. I will not buy Samsung again, not because they don't produce good products in general, but because in order to be a big company and sell at higher prices than the competition, you need to have strong aftersales service. Obviously, the problems of this specific model are known to them and they should have treated their customers differently.

Everyone knows the features, etc., in order to buy it or at least look at it. However, also read the following.

In summary, in April 2018, I purchased the product. In May 2018, the panel was replaced within the warranty. In June 2020, a second panel replacement was done (part costed 1130€), but they only charged for the labor (120€) due to intense complaints, and after a 30-day wait following the complaints. In September 2021, a new ticket was opened and waiting for a response from the company. The service department is asking for an additional 155€ for the replacement of the digital board. Is it possible for a product of such value, purchased during that time, to have experienced 3 faults within 3 years with occasional use of a maximum of 2 hours per day? The response from SAMSUNG was that it is a different part from the initial problem, so they cannot do anything.

There is nothing negative about this specific television. I have had it for 6 months and every day that I turn it on, I am amazed by its performance. The colors, clarity, and sound of this television are on another level.

After three years in my possession, the impressions remain the same! Even televisions from 2021-2022 cannot compete with its colors. The only "negative" for today's standards is that it does not have HDMI 2.1, but other than that, it is top-notch. Also, I should mention that it has not had any issues!

I have the aforementioned television for over 3 months!! Generally, I am a big fan of Samsung TVs and after a 42 Samsung series 2, I think it is the best purchase I have made! I truly believe it is a gem in my house! Unparalleled image quality!! Also, I have been using it extensively with my PS4 and Netflix and I couldn't be more satisfied!! I haven't explored all its functions yet, but with the standard set up, it is ideal for someone with non-advanced knowledge! It is definitely not cheap, but I believe I have taken care of my television needs for many years!!

The television is on another level, with picture and sound at their best in a highly qualitative construction... in 4K movies and Blu-ray, it is incredible but also amazing in Digea HD. Compared to Oled in the store, it is much brighter with very good black, which is why I chose it without the risk of burn-in. It is expensive, but if you have 1000+ euros, you get it and you're set for many years!

Having this specific TV for over 3 months, I can now confidently say that it is AMAZING, crazy good picture with no frame around the screen anywhere, unlike the previous model 6F which had a frame at the bottom. Here, it's just all unbelievable picture. Perfect sound, unique remote control, and very good quality construction with an ultra-slim wall mount that will be perfect since it doesn't have any cables to ruin the picture.

This is the most flawless television I have had in all these years of watching. Incredibly beautiful picture. You will notice the difference if you download a blu-ray movie to watch. Simply enjoyable! Very vibrant colors. Very powerful sound. Incredibly slim. I recommend it 100%, especially for cinephiles. You won't be able to take your eyes off it.

Before 10 days of purchase from a store, after a lot of searching and reading, I ended up with the Samsung Q7 55-inch and when I plugged the TV into the socket, the problems started. The remote control was not working, the all-in-one (which, by the way, is very useful) was not working either, and as if all that wasn't enough, there was a scratch on the screen about 4-5 centimeters long and with "Good" depth. The TV only worked with the button it had. I asked for a replacement and they accepted immediately, and due to lack of stock, I ended up with the LG OLED B7 55, which turned out to be better and of higher quality

Excellent image quality with the only flaw being the "clouding" issue that appears when there is a very bright object in a dark image (e.g. subtitles in a nighttime scene).
The amazing colors and brightness, combined with the improvement in displaying black compared to previous LED models, as well as the value for money compared to similar OLED models, make it an ideal choice.

Until recently, I considered it the best purchase I have made in an electrical appliance in general.
The image is captivating with incredible clarity and vibrant colors with excellent contrast in blacks. For movies and gaming, it's truly the best I've gotten! Unfortunately, after 5 years of use, the image suddenly started flickering. After contacting Samsung, a technician came and told me that unfortunately, the damage cannot be repaired and it requires a panel replacement, which would cost me a total of 1150 euros. Of course, I called a second technician from an external repair shop, but he confirmed the same thing. I hadn't purchased an extended warranty, so I'm going for a new one.
P.S. It's generally tragic that giant companies like Samsung offer the same warranty period for a 500 euro product and a 1500 euro one, and you have to pay extra if you want to extend it. In the end, it's a matter of luck whether you'll end up with a TV that will withstand the test of time.

The worst purchase one can make. With the heat in the summer, everything on the menu gets stuck and it doesn't even raise its voice. The last update was made a long time ago. If I add freeSync for PS5 games, it loses even the input signal from the console and says "no signal". In general, it's better to spend the money on an amusement park than on this failure. Basically, like the phones of the same company, they simply don't turn on one day, well... it's kind of the same here

From performance is very good.
I bought this specific TV even though there were others with the same or similar features that were cheaper because I want to avoid problems and not have any damages, as it is known that you pay for cheap things dearly.
I bought it in 2018 and after 3 months it broke down, so I called the service to come to my house, where they already understood from the phone call what the issue was, that it was the fiber optic cable that the TV has, and since it was under warranty, they replaced it along with the remote control at no extra charge. (as the technician told me, this cable costs 300 euros)
Yesterday, 23/11/2021, the TV was turning on and off by itself and was displaying lines at the bottom of the screen, distorting the colors. I contacted the technical department and after sending them a video, they told me that the panel is broken and the repair will cost 1270. Simply unbelievable. The current price for a new one is 1299 euros.
As the technician stated, I didn't do anything to cause this damage, it is purely a functional problem of the TV.
I always believed that aftersales service is very important for a company and that's why you pay extra to have it. Samsung has proven to be very bad in aftersales service, as well as in the quality of construction of this particular product. It is simply sad to spend so much money and after 3 years have to throw it in the trash. I will not buy Samsung again, not because they don't produce good products in general, but because in order to be a big company and sell at higher prices than the competition, you need to have strong aftersales service. Obviously, the problems of this specific model are known to them and they should have treated their customers differently.

Everyone knows the features, etc., in order to buy it or at least look at it. However, also read the following.

In summary, in April 2018, I purchased the product. In May 2018, the panel was replaced within the warranty. In June 2020, a second panel replacement was done (part costed 1130€), but they only charged for the labor (120€) due to intense complaints, and after a 30-day wait following the complaints. In September 2021, a new ticket was opened and waiting for a response from the company. The service department is asking for an additional 155€ for the replacement of the digital board. Is it possible for a product of such value, purchased during that time, to have experienced 3 faults within 3 years with occasional use of a maximum of 2 hours per day? The response from SAMSUNG was that it is a different part from the initial problem, so they cannot do anything.

There is nothing negative about this specific television. I have had it for 6 months and every day that I turn it on, I am amazed by its performance. The colors, clarity, and sound of this television are on another level.

After three years in my possession, the impressions remain the same! Even televisions from 2021-2022 cannot compete with its colors. The only "negative" for today's standards is that it does not have HDMI 2.1, but other than that, it is top-notch. Also, I should mention that it has not had any issues!

I have the aforementioned television for over 3 months!! Generally, I am a big fan of Samsung TVs and after a 42 Samsung series 2, I think it is the best purchase I have made! I truly believe it is a gem in my house! Unparalleled image quality!! Also, I have been using it extensively with my PS4 and Netflix and I couldn't be more satisfied!! I haven't explored all its functions yet, but with the standard set up, it is ideal for someone with non-advanced knowledge! It is definitely not cheap, but I believe I have taken care of my television needs for many years!!

The television is on another level, with picture and sound at their best in a highly qualitative construction... in 4K movies and Blu-ray, it is incredible but also amazing in Digea HD. Compared to Oled in the store, it is much brighter with very good black, which is why I chose it without the risk of burn-in. It is expensive, but if you have 1000+ euros, you get it and you're set for many years!

Having this specific TV for over 3 months, I can now confidently say that it is AMAZING, crazy good picture with no frame around the screen anywhere, unlike the previous model 6F which had a frame at the bottom. Here, it's just all unbelievable picture. Perfect sound, unique remote control, and very good quality construction with an ultra-slim wall mount that will be perfect since it doesn't have any cables to ruin the picture.

This is the most flawless television I have had in all these years of watching. Incredibly beautiful picture. You will notice the difference if you download a blu-ray movie to watch. Simply enjoyable! Very vibrant colors. Very powerful sound. Incredibly slim. I recommend it 100%, especially for cinephiles. You won't be able to take your eyes off it.

Before 10 days of purchase from a store, after a lot of searching and reading, I ended up with the Samsung Q7 55-inch and when I plugged the TV into the socket, the problems started. The remote control was not working, the all-in-one (which, by the way, is very useful) was not working either, and as if all that wasn't enough, there was a scratch on the screen about 4-5 centimeters long and with "Good" depth. The TV only worked with the button it had. I asked for a replacement and they accepted immediately, and due to lack of stock, I ended up with the LG OLED B7 55, which turned out to be better and of higher quality

Excellent image quality with the only flaw being the "clouding" issue that appears when there is a very bright object in a dark image (e.g. subtitles in a nighttime scene).
The amazing colors and brightness, combined with the improvement in displaying black compared to previous LED models, as well as the value for money compared to similar OLED models, make it an ideal choice.
