I love Apivita, its philosophy, the fact that it is Greek among all the foreign giants, but this particular oil does nothing for my very dry hair, at the ends. It doesn't help with detangling, it doesn't make them soft, no shine at all, I had bought it before and liked it, either the formula has changed, or it no longer works for my hair...

Wonderful product exclusively for before washing, deeply hydrates the hair and leaves it incredibly soft. Do not use it after washing on dry hair, it will make them greasy.

It is an oil mask for before washing and indeed it oils and requires a good wash to remove afterwards. However, it really leaves the hair very soft and smooth, I think it does the job. It is not a product to put on dry clean hair, that's why there are other oils.

Before buying and using a product, do your research, and then evaluate accordingly. Argan oil is a product for deep oiling, which means you apply it, leave it, and rinse it off with shampoo. You DO NOT apply it to wet hair for styling and leave it. Do the research, thank me later

I have straight hair and relatively thick strands, so without rinsing it out, it feels too heavy. However, if I apply it before washing, leave it for 1-2 hours as a treatment, and then shampoo, it leaves my hair so shiny and soft!

Amazing oil, it is purely a treatment oil before shampooing and not an oil that you apply on clean hair as it will weigh it down and make it greasy! I either leave it on for half an hour with a warm towel or leave it overnight and wash my hair the next day, and my hair is soft and shiny! Awesome oil. I saw a difference from the first use. Soft and shiny hair instantly. Personally, I use it at the beach and I frequently reapply it on wet hair, so it becomes a treatment for hours! Amazing scent that lingers even after washing. Also, I don't need conditioner because it has already softened my hair. I saw some comments saying that it leaves an oily residue and makes the hair look greasy. Don't dismiss it because its use doesn't necessarily have to be leave-in. You can apply it some time before washing. It has done its job. Argan oil has amazing conditioning properties. The best for the beach.

From the first application, my hair was softer and shinier. I use it at the beach, so I apply it to wet hair and as I sit for several hours, I refresh it frequently and it stays on my hair for a long time. My ends are damaged, I have very fine hair, and it frizzes from the middle down. It worked very well for me. So much so that I use it on dry hair and only on the ends, simply by applying a little on my fingers and running them through. They don't frizz and when the ends look shiny, my whole hair appears healthier. Of course, I don't apply it where there is no problem, only where it is damaged after blow-drying, as I mentioned, they don't frizz at all but they shine. It requires attention to the quantity. I will buy it again

Here's a male opinion! So ladies, I use it before taking a bath. I apply it 3 hours before, that is. The truth is, I haven't tried it after showering. However, BE CAREFUL, it doesn't require much spraying as it is very liquid and doesn't have that oily texture that I imagine you would want, resulting in your hair looking greasy! The results are better hair quality and a softer feeling when combined with other products in the series. Give it a try!

I do not recommend it for use on straight hair or hair that is going to be straightened. It leaves them greasy and they appear as if they have not been washed.

They gave it to me as a sample. At first, I was shocked, I used the usual amount that I use with other oils and... my freshly washed hair became oily. However, the next time I applied it slowly and with a much smaller amount, I noticed that my damaged ends - as well as my highlighted, fine, and untreated hair for 2 months - suddenly looked healthy!! The scent is a bit unique - I think there are better ones - but if you consider the pure ingredients, the result, and the minimal amount that is really needed, it's value for money.

This oil seems to me to be only for use before washing as a treatment or for extremely dry and damaged hair. It is definitely not for making freshly washed hair shiny and soft, it greases them from the beginning! I didn't like it at all, too heavy for me.

It saved my hair when it was damaged from bleaching (when hair breaks and falls out in clumps...). I used it regularly and it really helped with the repair. However, it is not an oil that will "lift" / withstand hair that simply needs hydration. It will be heavy and greasy. Now that the damage has been restored, I use it exclusively as a mask before shampooing.

Very, very, very greasy product for hair!!! Mine are very damaged and I bought this product for daily use and repair. Disappointment. It is only for before or after showering in a minimal amount - which doesn't make any difference -.. Unacceptable product at least for me. It didn't suit me at all. My hair came out oily as if I hadn't washed it for a week and without volume, terrible. Money wasted.

What they say about the large quantity, I experienced it with the sample they gave me from a pharmacy and that is because it didn't have a pump to press, but it was just with a hole to put it on your hand. Very heavy for my hair. Tried it with 2 pumps on wet hair and it was relatively good. If you put more, it looks like oily hair. I will not buy it again.

I am a fan of apivita but this is one of the worst oils I have tried. It is very liquid and you can hardly tell that you have put it on your hair. The hydration is minimal, a thousand times worse than the 8 euro syoss.
