One of the best non-steroidal creams. Don't expect the same results as with steroid creams; it takes a little longer to work.

I'm sorry to say this, but I have been using this cream for over ten days on a spot with a skin problem and it hasn't changed at all. It really didn't make even a 1% difference. I wouldn't recommend it.

Not only did it not relieve me from the itchiness, but it caused even more irritation and itching along with small pimples. It is already in the trash and if there was a rating below zero, I would gladly give it.

Definitely a very good alternative to cortisone creams. I use it on my children who suffer from atopic dermatitis. It is not effective in all cases that I have tried it, but generally seems to work beyond cosmetic creams.

It didn't work for me, nor for my daughter who has eczema on her hands on a regular basis. It doesn't come close to the job that cortisone creams do in combination with bepanthol balm. Maybe in very mild cases it might do some work, I don't know. Personally, I won't buy it again. I wasted my money.

Excellent cream and very effective for atopic dermatitis (not severe cases) without staining the skin and towel yellow like the corresponding one from alkaderma. 10/10
Update 1 year later: I wouldn't change it for anything, it has helped me a lot with my problem.

I have eczema on the sole of my foot from sweat during the summers, with this I saw a difference but it takes a few days... I will definitely buy it again

With xcort, although it does take a while to take effect... It takes a few days to work.... I saw amazing results. They disappeared.
