    I have had the product for about a month and I have cut 2 blocks of cheese. I use it for household purposes. The first one I bought made noise from the first day when cutting cheese, as if the gears were kicking, so I sent the device back and received a new one which works properly. It might have been a faulty batch or something. The one I have now works perfectly. It is comfortable to use even with one hand, it suctions down and the device doesn't move at all during cutting. Nice and precise adjustment for thickness. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
